So I live in th very bottom boot part of Louisiana and Isaac just passed over us. So everything is fine and dandy except for the water everywhere. A friend of mine let me stay at her house because she is a bit more north than where I live (so I'm about half an hour away from my family and friends) but last I checked everyone is okay; thank goodness. Unfortunately, the area I'm staying at floods really bad. The entrance to the subdivision is almost waist deep. I'm hoping it goes down a lot by tomorrow so I can go home, but my friend's dad said I might not be able to leave till Saturday :( and my birthday is this Sunday. To add even more to my situation, we lost electricity at about 5am yesterday, and we still don't have it, and the generator has enough gas to last till maybe 6 if we are lucky. I'm hoping the electricty comes back on soon. I hope everyone else out there in the south that is being effected by Isaac is doing okay. Be safe everyone.
