Creamy Maple Shake

2/3 cup milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

14 oz/400 g vanilla ice cream

1 tbsp almond extract

chopped almonds

 

 

pour the milk and maple syrup into a food processor or blender and process gently until combined.

add the ice cream and almond extract, and process until smooth

pour mixture into glasses, scatter the chopped nuts over the shakes, and serve.
