Fellow Authors, I Need Your Opinion

Hello!

Here's the situation.

I'm currently writing a fanfic about my country which is the Philippines. I decided to use one of my country's dialect which is Tagalog in the fic.

So here's my question:

How should I put my translations from Tagalog to English. Should it be:

"Kumusta po kayo? (How are you?)"

or 

should I just put it as an author's note in the end of the chapter.

 

 

I would love to hear your opinion as a fellow author. Thank you :)

Still, it would be advisable if you skip unnecessary dialects. Since most of us are writing about Koreans, to be honest, I prefer those without Korean words in the story. (:

Or maybe you could write "Kumusta po kayo?" in 12 (as font size) and after that you'll put the translation in a smaller font. Lol.

I think it should be "Kumusta po kayo? (How are you?)" so some readers will not feel lazy about reading ?? because some will probably say - "Anu daw?" XD .... Unnie you're so good in writing fics I've been waiting for a tagalog fic for like 10 years? hahaha XD but anyways it's you're choice ^^

From readers point of view, i think we all will like the first option more.
Well, to put it bluntly, it's annoying to scroll down the page only to search for the meaning of words we dont understand, hehe.. moreover if the conversation using the tagalog will be in more than once sentences (different paragraph will be more stressing me out, LoL)..
So, i think i'll choos first option. :D

I think you should do the first option so the reader won't scroll down and ;D. XD
