Trivia: His style is hard to explain because he likes what he likes.  He likes chains and gloves without fingers, but he also likes cargo shorts and polos.  He adores cute things and technology.  He can be a nerd but still love hip hop. He just likes what he likes and doesn't care if others look at him weird. 

Personality: Very outgoing but can be shy around someone he likes.  He is somewhat childish and sometimes can't grasp situations, but he is very smart and makes amazing grades in school.  When it comes to school he's all about his education and he takes it seriously.  He loves sweet and cute things but he tries to hide it by acting tough because he's embarrassed.  However, acting tough doesn't quite go with his cute face.  Hyunki is good at sports but is somewhat clumsy.  He has a huge appetite just like his mother and isn't really picky about food.  He loves to sing and dance and it had always been his dream to be an idol.  Also he's happy and amused over simple things like hugs and is known as the king of skinship.

Background: HyunKi moved to Korea when he was just a baby and he has lived there ever since.  He had been in ads and cfs since he was young but got the dream of becoming an idol when Big Bang debuted. His two best childhood friends are L.Joe (Byunghun, Teen Top) and Kwangmin (Boyfriend Band). They used to get into tons of trouble together but nothing got in the way of their passion for singing and dancing.  They all tried out for the same comapanies but were accepted at different one at different times. Now Byunghun and Kwangmin have debuted and Hyunki is still working for his chance.

 Trainee Life: Hyunki decided to do whatever it takes to become and idol.  He practiced and practiced so that he could audition.  His singing was a little above average but his dancing was incredible.  HyunKi auditioned and made it but it was said that he really needed to work on his singing and that is exactly how he started his training.  His specialty was pop and locking, thus giving him the nickname "Robot."  It was verystressful and back-breaking work but Hyunki learned to cope with it by doing art and taking pictures during any freetime that he rarely had.  Also just the fact that he soon may be able to bring his voice and amazing dance performances to people that will appreciate them is what drives him to work harder.
