• Kangahji(puppy) ; his family called him that since he is the maknae of the family,so they all adore him and treat him as if he is the little cute puppy even he is already grown up.

BIOGRAPHY

Personality: 

• 'As quiet as a tree but as clever as a fox, that's Byun Baekhwan.' - The silent mastermind

Baekhwan is the type of the silent,4D one of the group ; well not that's 4D - but he is just like the quiet one of the group, who doesn't talk or show much expression or opinion but end up as the one who gives good suggestion- the brain of the group. He is 'as quiet as a tree' leaving the feelings like talking alone for the people who talk to him ; making them feel a bit weird - but he's actually a too good listener that doesn't want to disturb just a bit of the speaker's sentences ; looking like he doesn't pay much attention to the words but he is really collect every single data from the speaker's. Baekhwan's apperance is like a fox to everyone around him, he walks and does everything soundless and calm but could be very fast and cruel(with his word) when he attacts.

Even the boy doesn't talk much he is still well know with his infamous staightly talking - he doesn't like to make up beautiful words to tell the people what he is feeling but he would tell them exactly what he is thinking which sometimes could really hurt people feelings ; specially his brother - Baekhyun feels like he was killed by the younger's word everytime he speaks. Baekhwan doesn't care much about the listener feelings since his willing is to tell them directly not to pretend or fake - his sincereness is the way too much for people to bear but people around him slowly get used to it and learn which situation that they could keep the boy's mouth shut.

Without the cruel word that escape from the boy's mouth ; he is the caring and generous one but he doesn't like to show much of that side of him. The boy cares people around him a lot and always there to help ; well not really 'there' but he is still in the place that easy to find - he is the good planner ; like a computer program that could solve anykind of problem - he likes to give them advices and helps as much as he can. He is 'friendly' in his own way that is a bit hard for people to understand. The boy has a little bit of 'perfectionism' personality which makes he could be a bit upset when he find something unexpected - but most of the time he could set everything back and continue walking in his own way.

The boy looks a bit arrogant,quiet and 4D around the people at the same age, but to his Sunbae and the olders he could act more calm and adult-like. He thinks respect is important thing and could talk very polite to the olders which could statisfied them a lot. On the other hand,the boy never forget about his responsibility - he could put the priority in the correct order, he knows what should he does first and manage things very well just like a computer which could easily makes him become a 'perfect' one. He is very strict about time and routines,the boy could controls and lead his friend that's why he could be the perfect leader.

Background: 

• Parents.

His father was from Buchen,Korea and went to Seoul University when he finished highschool and met his mother there ; they two got married ; not so long after that Baekhwan was born they two were busy with work so they send the boy to the father's hometown in Bucheon. The boy grew up their with his uncle's family ; he was close with all the family members - even he is the youngest but he is the cleverst of all. The boys like to prank his cousins which sometimes upset them but they still love each other very much. When Baekhyun was 5,both his father and mother died in car crash while they were heading back to visit him ; the boy got depressed and talked less than he used to be, his uncle family adopted him - that was when he officially became a member of his uncle's family.

• Early years.

Baekhwan was the youngest of the family,and the younest among the other students ; he started school a year earlier than he  should be - but he was one of the top-class students since kindergarten - always the winner. The boy used to smile a lot and got much confidence but after the death of his real parents he got depressed and became quiet since then. He started to stay away from the other children and prefered to be alone than to be with the group of friend which worried his family a lot but he didn't tell them much about his feelings. A few years passed but he was still the same,the boy was still a good boy just only got a bit darker personality than he used to be which scares Baekhyun, his brother a lot.

• Elementary&Junior High School

He was one of the student counciler ; and he was the one who always gave the council good ideas and suggestion to follow. The planner of the group who could surprised the others when he speaks ; he grew up very fast during junior high school years - he started to have a group of friend but still have his own personal space from the others. He was seperated from Baekhyun and went to a boy school when he started Junior High. He chose it himself since he found girls are annoying - he wasn't a homo or gay but only some kind of girls makes he feels disgusted. Baekhyun was accepted in SM entertainment so he started to sing and joined a dance team. At the age of 14,he became a trainee of Cube Entertainment.

• High School

He moved to Seoul when he reached high school age, the boy attended Seoul Music High School and got trained hardly ; he spent more hours training since he had less time to travel back home ; the boy dated few girls but ended up breaking up with some stupid reasons - he thought it was very tired to be with girls and stopped dating them which increased the romours of him being a gay which made him a bit annoyed ; he didn't bothered shouting back to them,he didn't care what the other people said at all but he still had his group of friends that were there for him and understand him well.

• University

After finished high school the boy got into Seoul University , college of music - he was a genius getting in the college while training hard since he had just moved to SM. The boy could focus on both things the same and he could sometimes see his family , at least Baekhyun since he had already in the same company with his brother ; he had a happy time in SM but still misses his friends in Cube ; there were the reason he moved there but he got to move on with his training life ; his goal was still to be debuting - after a few years of training ; he gets a chance...

Trainee experience: 

• He was a trainee of Cube Entertainment for 3 years, composed some songs and was a back up vocal&dancers , also appeared in some MVs. He has many friends in Cube, they could get along, not really well but everyone treated him well as well as he was friendly to him.He was top one of them, were put in the group with some BTOB's member,was planned to debut with them but there were a love triangle between him,Lee Minhyuk of BTOB and Lee Minwoo of C-Clown(ex cube trainee,just quited few months ago then joined yedang entertainment and debuted.) - Minhyuk likes him but Minwoo likes Minhyuk while he likes Minwoo ; at last he walked away from the confusion and quited the company.
