Tattoos in Korea are Illegal, well...most accurate "getting tattoos in parlors is illegal", so in Korea, man with big tattoo are often associated with gangster. ...only doctors are approved for doing it and ONLY FOR ESTHETIC PURPOSES! For example in women: eyeliner tattoo!

it seems like he already erased the tattoo. Tattooing itself is a painful process (i had 3 so i know lol) but erasing a tattoo is 10 times painful. it might take you 3 times to completely remove the tattoo. i don't think make-up can cover a tattoo that much. just my opinion though.
