Personality:

She's a secluded and reserved person. Due to her upbringings, she has adapted the Silent and Stuck Up personality. She's quick with her tongue and has a hot-tempered attitude. Tip her off and she will start lashing out at you. She's heartless and cold. Growing up in the slums had made her outerior shell hard and tough, making her deal with situations in a firm and straightforward manner. She detests weak beings and will think lowly of you should you prove to be weak in her eyes. Cry in front of her, show your weakness and she will mock you with such loathe and anger in her eyes. She believes in the term 'Survival to the fittest' and has no patience in tomfullery. She has little to no interest in emotions and is one who is extremely hard to make friends with.

She's a melancholic and sadistic woman, finding joy in pain and suffering in others. It's like watching a 5 star movie to her should she see deaths of people around her. She kills to live and lives to kill. She is ruthless and cruel in carrying out her duties and is obsessed in spilling blood. With all these prospects of her, she has the aura and feeling of a mentally unstable person. But deep inside, she's actually a troubled and empty person. She longs the feeling love and affection and somehow shows her affection thru physical contact (punching your rib, etc etc). She is merely a misunderstood person. Because of that, she is extremely socially awkward (which is quite cute to see her like that). She thinks that violence is the correct way of life due to her upbringings but will soon come to learn that that is not true. She will slowly open her hard shell to you if you are patient enough with her.

BACKGROUND CHECK.

Background/History:

She was born into the world thru a broken plastic. Ben is not even her father. Her mother got pregnant from working as a e. The bloke dissapeared and thus, her mother had to take care of her. Min married Ben (a widow with a son) who was an immigrant from the US. Unwanted by her family and being deduced to as another mouth to feed, Ria grew up with no love from her parents. The only person who seem to like her presence was her big stepbrother, Len. Despite not being related to each other, Len did not detest her in any way. Ria could be herself around him and usually talks about her problems only to him. The two grew up with much difficulty as their parents were rowdy and uncaring towards them. 

Ria lived a life in poverty. Her family was located in the poorest district of Busan, where gang clubs were abundant in that area. Her parents worked odd jobs to get by and Ria and her brother was forced to drop out of middle school when they could not afford the funds. Hence, Ria and her brother joined a gang club to earn some quick bucks and soon found enjoyment in their new thug life. At first, Len did not want Ria to join something so dangerous and violent but seeing Ria so left out and alone, he allowed her to join. Their parents couldn't care less about what they did as they only cared for themselves. Ria and Len grew up learning every alleyway and street of Busan as they did their 'missions' that were assigned to them. They learned where the shortcuts were, where the best disount shops were and where they could steal a few things in a shop without being caught.

The siblings soon moved out of their parents home and lived of their life as members of a gang. Ria was exposed to the violence she witnessed whilst in the gang and that accumulated to be a factor of her current personality. The gang thought lowly of her and usually beat her to a pulp when she fails to do a task. Len tried his best to defend her and was resulted into being beaten as well. Seeing her brother being beaten because of her, Ria adapted quickly to fight and defend on her own. The gang specialized in using daggers and guns and Ria absorbed well in the techniques. She escalated well in the gang due to her skill in hand-to-hand combat and the use of twin daggers. She was mediocre with a gun as her aiming tends to be off. But the gang members soon come to like and respect Ria for her determination.

Amber joined the gang a year later Ria and Len joined. Amber was weak and frail at that time and Ria loathe at how weak she is. When Ria saw Amber practising in the practice room with a dummy, Ria scoffed at how weak her punches were. Ria mocked her smugly and Amber, being pissed and fed up with her, punched Ria in the face. Ria was shocked but impressed that Amber dared to punch her like that. Amber didn't cared that she was weak and frail and told Ria to f*** off. Liking Amber's attitude, Ria decided to take Amber under her wing. She taught Amber her personal techniques and Amber soon became a capable gang member. The two became inseperable.

Other then being the first only girl in the gang, Ria made herself more known by being the fastest sprinter. The gang held bets thru racing competitions and wanting to get more money, Amber and Len would bet on Ria to win. She always did win first place. Realizing her amazing stamina and speed, the Boss assigned Ria to be a pickpocket or solo Hit-And-Runner. Ria didn't liked the pickpocket job and usually makes Amber do that because Amber is much more stealthier then Ria.

She got her first mission to Hit-and-Run an important member in a rival group. Ria was nervous and shaky at first but steeled herself up. She approached the member as he walked down the sideway. Pulling out her pistol, Ria shot the man in the head and sprinted away. Unfortunately for her, a few police man were on patrol and they gave chase to her. Adrenaline pumped thru her and Ria dashed off into an alley. But just as she turned, she slipped and twisted her left ankle badly. Ignoring the pain, Ria continued running until she reached the gang headquarters. She was sure the police could not identify her as she had her hood up and it was pitch black. Len tended to her leg and Ria rested. The ankle took a month to recover and even after that, Ria would still feel some pain should she twist her ankle to sharply. She progressed into being a more ruthless person, abandoning the possibility of love and affection and deduced into believing the term 'Survival to the Fittest'.

On second day the virus was released into Seoul, Len was out buying provisions at a nearby store whereas Ria was waiting for him at base. The gang members had already left the base to flee to other places, away from the virus and only Ria was left in the base. Amber decided to stay and wait for Len with Ria. Suspiciously, Len did not return from his trip and after hearing from the radio, Ria and Amber learned that the area where Len was had been confirmed to be infected by the zombies. The base being oh so painfully close to the area, Amber persuaded Ria to leave the base for their lives. Ria hesitantly agreed to flee but left a note underneath Len's bed informing him that she have left the base. Ria soon regretted her actions as she knew she would not be able to see her brother anymore. When she met up with the group, she made it her personal goal to find her brother.
