I guess you all are wondering why I haven’t updated in a lifetime, right?

Well, the answer is simple :D

I was learning Korean with some Korean volunteers~~ 박수!!!

For those interested I’ll resume the events quickly^^

We started classes at 9 AM so I had to get up around 7:30 OTL (  it was sooo hard >.<) and we finished around 5 PM. That’s why by the time I got home I was dead tired and I barely did anything than eat, go a bit on the internet and head to bed…( I usually slept in till 10-11 AM and went to sleep around 1-2 AM, so I guess you see why I was tired)

We had classes until 11 o’clock. My ” teacher” was a girl named Dareum (다름). She is areally sweet and friendly 21 years old!!  I went for the beginners class so that I’ll be sure I get the basics right and she was surprisingly patient with all of us and repeated again and again every time we got something wrong. She was definitely my favorite form all the volunteers. There were 4 girls and 2 boys.

From 11, an hour we had a lecturer talk about different things(he was Korean too, the father of one of the boys)

From 12 we had an hour and a half break and I was sooo bored in that time. I let the volunteers eat together since I didn’t want to be an intruder and I didn’t know anyone so I ended up going to Mc’Donalds and KFC alone T^T ( on separate days guys XD I’m not a fatty and I know they’re not healthy but I didn’t have any in a long time and I didn’t have food at me) and it was awkward.

Afterward till around 3:30PM we had different activities. 
—-Cultural:  I got to wear a hanbok(traditional clothing), I played different games like gonggi, chaegi etc and finally calligraphy with specific ink and paper.
—-Sports:  Which were more like the games you see on variety shows. We formed a line and had to pass the ball super quickly from one to another, we got stuck some pieces of paper on our faces and the teammates had to blew them of, we had to drink as much water as possible without touching the bottle with our lips, we were divided in two and everyone had a number so we had to race the opposite team( the member thatt had our number) and get the sleeping bag form the middle of the gym first( sounds weird but it was fun) and we did a game like the one Infinite did in the second episode of Ranking King where they had to plant they faces in the flour plate. We did an obstacle course also but luckily they put jellies in the flour so we actually got a treat in the end :D

—-Music contest:  We did kpop covers and such and at the end we all did a Gangnam Style mini-flashmob XDD

And afterwards classes again till 5PM~~

I learned quite a lot. Surprisingly. It’s so much easier learning with a native than by yourself, duh!!! -.-

I made Dareum a card and we took photos. She wished me good luck in learning Korean and told me that she’ll help me (through SN) and when I get to Korea, since she’s my eonni she promised she’ll treat me for dinner, whatever I want ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ~~

That’s quite motivational right?? I can’t wait to get there now :P

I made new friends and that makes me really happy.

I hope you will understand why I didn’t update as it was fun but tiring~ (probably the most fun thing I did this summer)

After I get some sleep I’ll update! Promise!!
