Is it possible to lie without sayig a single word?

I'm getting a lot of mixed answers so I'm asking you guys and girls now. :D

I hope you'll actually answer, doesnt even have to be a full sentence just a simple yes or no, or the famous "who knows" >.<

i dont think not answering is a lie~
sometimes i belive it is best to avoid the truth
so in a way not answering could be seen as a lie~ but also as truth itself~
