Personality:

Kim Hyeri's mother taught her daughter since the day Hyeri was born all about rules and being disciplined. However, note one thing; her cheerful self is a complete lie. Are you familiar with the saying, "Don't judge a book by its cover"? Well, Hyeri lives off of that quote. Don't let the ever so friendly smile plastered on her face and her sweet tone fool you, because once you're not looking, you won't even acknowledge how her stare and the smirk forming by her lips are burning holes through your back. Ever since she was born, and especially ever since she started living with her father, she always had all the things she wanted neatly served in a silver plate. And she wasn't going to let that advantage fade away once she enrolled into Hansung. From her past, she learned that even at school she'll be able to get anything she wanted; she just have to act like a little ball of a goddamn sunshine to gain them.

However, she will never cross the line made by her parents and break any rules. They're her bestfriend of sort. She doesn't acknowledge a single reason that's good enough to make her break them. And due to her position at school as the principal's daughter, her father always put her in charge of making sure no one else would break them as well. Here's the simple logic in her mind; Breaking the rules means that her reputation would slowly go down. That would mean that people would see through her act a lot easier, and that would end up with her no longer getting what she wants. And so, with that simple math of sort, she learned to befriend all the rules; may sometimes even enjoy making them, as well.

But aside from the little devil hiding inside her and her 'friendship' with rules, there's always a slightly dark side to everyone, and Hyeri isn't any different from them. The insides of her and fragile, especially when she's panicking. Despite her loving towards thriller movies, she's easily frightened in real life. And even though her devil side makes her look like she's made from sort of unbreakable metal, she's as breakable as a piece of paper when her soft side comes up. She can't stand seeing people cry; it's her ultimate weakness and her walls will instantly come breaking down if anyone cries in front of her. She's secretly very protective when it comes to those she cares about, although that doens't mean that she would ever admit it.

Background:

Hyeri was born in Vancouver, Canada. And until she was ten years old, she and her siblings lived in Vancouver with only their mother. Her father was gone to Seoul, and her mother raised them as a single mother. During this time, Hyeri was truthfully a kind and sweet girl-next-door. There wasn't any act, nor was there any smirks hidden behind her signature smile. Yet. Hyeri would have an awfully perfect past if it weren’t for the nearly fatal incident at the age of nine.

It was on a peaceful Saturday, Hyeri’s mother was out buying groceries and it was only her, Hyunae, and Kai inside the house. Kai was busy minding his own business in his bedroom, however Hyunae had a completely different idea for the day. During tea time, the girl made Hyeri ate a few cookies; and sadly, Hyeri didn’t notice that the cookies had nuts in it. As tea time ended and Hyeri decided to play around the small pool by the backyard, Hyunae sneaked behind the younger girl and forcefully pushed her into the pool. During those times, Hyeri was still a horrible swimmer; not to mention the fact that she just ate food containing a certain ingredient that she’s allergic to. She would’ve been dead by then if Kai didn’t coincidentally caught the glimpse of the girl drowning and flailing inside the pool from his bedroom window. The boy swiftly ran downstairs, jumped into the pool, and became the hero of the day. Until this day, their mother and their father have no idea that such incident ever even happened- Kai didn’t have the heart to tell their mother about it, however he began keeping Hyeri away from Hyunae as much as possible since then.

Hyeri, however, was taken aback at how her brother whom she knows cares deeply for her didn't even tell their mother about the incident. And this is where her slight devil side showed up. At first she felt stressed out- she felt that ther ewas no reasonable reasons that Hyunae deserved to still live in the same house as hers. She became less of a sweetheart and more of a rebel. She might be overreacting, but what can you expect? She was a kid at that time. And just a year after that, Hyeri’s mother were finally in touch with her father once more. It didn’t take long before the whole family moved to the man’s house, thus reuniting them together. At that time, Kim Hyunwoo already gained the position as Hansung’s principal, thus automatically making Hyeri enroll into the school. She's been studying in Hansung ever since. This is where the pureness in her heart slowly faded. Ever since living with her father, she'd been spoiled. And soon, the girl learned that with enough more of her sweetheart act, she can have anything.

Scare factor:

Over her dead body will she ever admit to public that she’s easily scared. Despite herself being the one that’s cheerful at all times, she knows her limits and will never let people think she’s clingy and weak, thus trying her best at seeming as brave as she can during fearful times. Hyeri’s not sure whether she believes in ghosts and all those supernatural things. There are some myths that she believes to some point, yet she does nothing but laugh at the more silly ones(such as zombies).

Likes:

• Food - HEAVEN! Need I explain more?
• Thriller movies - especially the Saw franchise. She specifically enjoys the more sadistic ones. Even she doesn't know why, but a lot of blood-spewing on a movie pleases her.
• Candies - Specifically lollipops. It's a sweet addiction of hers, however she stays away from any of them that contains nuts. 
• Taking naps/sleeping - Like her low pain tolerance, she's easily exhausted. So she enjoys taking little naps every now and then. She'd be in a grumpy state if someone were to pointlessly wake her up when she has deeply fallen asleep.

Dislikes:

• Rain-clouds-above-my-head-at-all-times type of people - “Oh, come on! Cheer up! I bet your life isn’t even THAT depressing."
• Nuts - Due to her being allergic to it and due to a certain horrible past connected with it.
• Cigarettes - "...Is that a cigarette on your hand? Dear God, it is. Okay, I think it’s time for you to leave.” Hyeri simply hates cigarettes with a burning passion. The littlest scent of smoke reaching her nose is a definite no-no for her.
• People who overly criticize her - There has always been a slight side inside Hyeri that was insecure. Too much critics being thrown at her gets her anger boiling. Unless you want a dislocated jaw, you may never cross the line by criticizing her.

Hobbies:

• Dancing – It’s not a hobby she easily lets people know about. She’d only dance in her room or anywhere that’s not too crowded. It tends to be a certain way to get her more relaxed.
• Eating – When feeling frustrated and/or down, eating lifts up her mood by itself. That, and who doesn’t love eating, anyway?
• Drawing – One of the very few things she is ‘engaged’ into. Can be a tiring hobby during times where she is bored. Unless you want a freshly new notebook to be halfway filled with scribbles and/or her skin stained with drawings, make sure to never let her near any pens and/or papers.

Habits:

• Rapidly moving her legs up a down when being nervous whilst sitting.
• Her tone rises slightly when lying, although not a lot of people noticed that so far.
• Locking herself in her room and/or running off to somewhere quiet when feeling stressed out or sad.
• When trying to break an awkward silence, she would crack her knuckles.
• Unknowingly or biting her lips when being bored and staring off into space.

Trivia:

• Her blood type is O.
• Favorite color is red, specifically maroon red.
• She has a very low pain tolerance.
• She has a phobia of the darkness; it freaks her out and she’ll instantly panic when being trapped in it.
• At times, she enjoys dying her hair platinum blonde or red.
• Plays the guitar (more of a pro using the electric ones)
• Can draw manga-style.
• Dances ballet, although not as focused to that skill of hers as she is to drawing and being a guitarist.

Family:

Kim Jongin(Kai)[EXO] | 18 | Junior in Hansung | Older Brother | Her favorite family member in the whole family tree. He protects Hyeri from Hyuna as much as he can. There are times where they both argue endlessly, and there are times where they become protective to one another like there’s no tomorrow. Loves Hyeri to death and will beat anyone that hurts her; whether it’s emotionally or physically. Also a dancer; even better than Hyeri herself.

Kim HyunAe [OC] | 19 | Senior in Hansung | Older Sister | Unlike Kai, Hyunae is Hyeri’s least favorite family member. She doesn’t know what the hell is up with the female, but Hyunae just seems to have the urge to stab Hyeri rapidly judging by the flames inside her eyes whenever they both are inside a room together.

Kim SaengAh | 49 | Housewife | Mother | Her mother seems to be the reason why Hyeri’s so cheerful most of the times; it runs in the blood. Kim SaengAh is often seen with a sweet smile plastered on her face. She favors Hyeri more than HyunAe, however she doesn’t say anything about it. Oblivious on how her daughters seem to utterly hate each other.

Kim Hyunwoo | 54 | Principal of Hansung | Father | Like father like daughter, Hyunwoo is quite the goodie goodie himself as well. Very strict and disciplined, though he knows when to start relaxing and start being the good ol’ playful guy he was back when he was a boy. Loves each and every one of his children, however, just like SaengAh- completely oblivious to the flames-like rivalry between Hyunae and Hyeri.

Friends:

Park Chanyeol[EXO] | 18 | Best Friend | One word; Happy Virus. Whenever he’s around, everyone is most likely to be happy. His overly happy-go-lucky personality slightly annoyed Hyeri at first (hypocrite, I know), Chanyeol soon became one of the very few things that will always cheer her up. Be careful if you see him and Hyeri somewhere near you together- they’re insanely loud. Of course, in a cheerful way.

Kim Junhee(Jucy)[EvoL] | 17 | Friend | Hyeri never really liked rebels, but it’s somehow a different case when it comes to Jucy. Sometimes people wonder if they’re actually friends or rivals, due to both of them often seen tangled in an argument every now and then. However, Jucy’s company helps her relax a bit; they both don’t really care about one another, thus it being okay for them to just vent to the other when feeling down- they don’t have to feel embarrassed for admitting it because they know that they’re both don’t care about the other one much enough to even bother spilling their secrets. And due to Jucy being a rebel, she's the only one that knows about Hyeri's act.

Park Chanyeol | 18 | (Look up to the ‘Friends’ section) | Despite how Hyeri would never admit it, she developed some feelings for Chanyeol at some point. Hyeri see him as one of the very few people that can understand her, and he’s exactly her type. When she's with him, there's no more act- she'd instantly turn into a real sweetheart, despite her wit sometimes getting them both into a more playful and rivals-like argument. It’s not like she’s looking for a lovey dovey mushy gushy romantic relationship with him; even the more buddy-buddy friends with benefits type of relationship are fine for her.

Are you willing to die?: Well, I'd like her to stay alive as long as possible. However considering this is a horror story, I wouldn’t mind if you do make her die. Although I’d prefer it if her death wouldn’t be so simple and meaningless.

Scence request?: Nothing specific, although ghosts in the form of children- especially little girls- scare the heck out of me. (In a good way xD)
