Hello everybody. ♥

Maybe I'm weird, but I've always had a strange relationship to my own birthday. In reality, I actually kind of fear it. Not because I think that I'm growing old, although I tend joke about that. It's more because I'm afraid to be forgotten, as selfish as that might sound. I do know that just because I happened to be born on this day, I'm not the most important thing in this world. Still, I've experienced so many times that I've been sitting in the same room as somebody I held dear, and the other hadn't noticed a thing. I'm not good at pointing it out myself either; I just simply don't know how to. So yeah. Some birthdays really, really sting. That's why I've grown kind of cautious of them.

Today started out very good, though! I was woken up at 7:30 am by my singing parents. They were carrying a tray with breakfast and a bunch of way too pricey presents that I don't deserve. T^T Buhuhu, I feel so tired, yet so lucky. ♥

Happy 17th birthday, myself. Please don't do anything too stupid in your next year of living.

Yes, that includes dying. Don't die, me, please.
