There is no confirmation that it has ended. I think this time around they didn't have one because of their busy schedule. With their comeback, still working on their album, the live performances, the practice for their tour, the world tour, etc...it would just be too much for the girls to actually make time to interact with the cameras. I do hope they bring 2NE1TV back at some point, maybe next year after their world tour. =)
