can anyone explain how to read these thing??

I wanna know how to read these thing long time ago but still doesn't know how so can someone help me..?

I don't understand a single thing about this... Help me please anyone..? *puppy eyes*

I just found I out I can't really help but maybe first 2 bars ^^ First 4 notes: Low E and 3 E. Next 5: C E C E D. Next 5: C D E D B. Next 5: low E low A B C C. Next 4: C D E low A Last 4: low A B low A low A (Hopes it helps. Sorry if it doesnt.. ;A;)
