I'm having a hard time...

I'm in a dilemma right now....

Having troubles with work lately....

I got two jobs...somehow I'm having difficulties to the point of finally admitting that I can no longer do both. I only get to have two hours of sleep due to these jobs..

One is a full time in which I got the higher salary and ideal schedule. The other one is a part-time with lesser salary and night schedule but has the better working environment...

My boss in my full time asks me why do I plan to resign there when he think they give me the better deal than in my part time?

By the way, I've been working in my part time longer than working on the other one.

And so that boss told me that he doesn't want me to resign.

"You should not go unless i was the one telling you to..."

That's what he said...

I'm really having difficulty with this...If you are on my shoes, what will you do?

It is a big dilemma. My question is, with this economy, would your part time job salary be enough for you to live comfortably? As much as we want to keep ajob that makes us "happy" it might not be feasible. Working nights also is not very good for your health, i know coz I work night shift for almost 11 years now. If your full time job gives more money and if the working environment is somewhat acceptable, I suggest to keep that one. Hope this helps.
