Okay so!

Sorry I’ve been MIA for a few days. As you know, I live on the east coast of the United States. We had this freak storm that pretty much took out the entire area’s electricity (yes, this can happen in the United States). That was on Friday night. It is now Tuesday morning and we’re still waiting for the electricity to come back on at our house. I’m at our pool right now, which, luckily, has internet, so yay. But yeah updates may continue to be spotty for as long as four more days. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

The worst thing is that we don’t have air conditioning. This may be normal for many of you, but for me, who can’t live when it’s above like 75° (23°C), it’s awful. It’s been getting up to 100° F (almost 38°C) every day outside, and my house is about 85° right now (that’s 29.5° C). It’s the worst. It’s so hot and I get weird dreams because of the heat.

BUT my weird dream was SO COOL. It was like…a crackfic basically. Shall I tell you the story? Yes, I shall. I’m not going to write this as a legit fic because…well, nobody likes crackfics. But this is what I dreamed:

So, in the dream, I was Kai. I was going to go watch some competition that someone had told me about, but I realized I’d left something in my room. So I turned back, but something felt wrong. I continued back to my room anyway. To get to my room, I had to take a zip-line sort of thing to my actual room, so I got on that and rode back to my room. As soon as I landed, this big thing nearly fell on me, but I dodged it. It swung back and I dodged it again. I turned around, and hanging onto the zip line was this freaky Spiderman-like person. He says “you’d be good” and then he disappears. I’m like… “wtf was that” but I continue on my way. I’m going down the stairs to get out of my house and suddenly this monster/robot thing blocks my way. I somehow have a gun and I shoot it twice before it runs away. I’m like “that was weird” and I continue on to the competition.

When I get there, I think it was Yunho who announced that I would be participating in the competition as well, and whoever could beat me would win my hand in marriage. I was like “whoa, wait, I’m Kai, I have no interest in marrying a guy.” But a bunch of guys joined anyway. So they’re like, “okay! Go!” And it turns out that it’s this contest where I have to fight people, shoot them with a gun. It’s not like they die, but they do like kind of go away. It’s just a game. So they’re all really easy to kill except for one of them, who turns out to be Zelo. So I manage to kill him twice before the game takes a several day-long break.

I’m on my way to a ramen shop during the break and I see Sunny and Jiyeon coming towards me. Jiyeon’s like, “oh, thanks to Sunny, even B.A.P has a representative in your contest,” because Sunny is Zelo’s mentor. I laugh and say “oh, Zelo and I are already good friends” and I pass them. Zelo’s at the ramen shop, and I’m like, “right, Zelo?” and I take his hand. He holds it tight and drags me with him while he forcibly cuts the line and makes the ramen guy get us ramen. I was laughing the entire time.

So that’s it for my crackfic dream I guess. It was funny. Zelo/Kai is a pairing that I would not have imagined in a million years. But I guess I did. Lol. Anyway I’m hoping that my internet comes back soon and I can update more regularly.
