Theres an SM Youth Audition and my little sister want to audtion but the problem is that  she 10 year old and qualifaction is 8~20 (2003-1992)

And my little sister is born in 2002 :/ I Dont  know if it means 8 through 20 :3 i hope it doesnt mean that ,Because i dont want to see my sister heart broken >~<
