Personality:

She's extremely loving and has no problem being the umma and giving affection. Somi will listen to anyone as long as they're very sincere in what they're saying and she will do her best to give them comfort and honest advice. Family is very important to her. There's times where she can be extremely shy when in front of people she doesn't know. However, if they welcome her, especially with hugs, she'll open up and she might not shut up. Somi can't stand to see anyone else angry or sad and will do her best to keep the atmosphere very positive. For maybe 2 days every month however, her constant optomistic output runs out of fuel and she can become very snappy and irritable. (No, I don't just mean PMS. It's more like a mental breakdown). She regains her strength however, by realizing how much she already has and how much there is to go after. 

Her attitude at home is generally lazy unless there's someone else over. If given the opportunity in the summer months, she could probably sleep for days. Somi also loves new adventures and places to go. That's another reason for her joining the entertainment industry. She used to travel a lot with her parents when she was young and was always extremely interested in the beauty and spirit of other cultures. Looks and Style:

Casual - Fashionable but comfortable (x), unless there's nowhere to go. Then the look is just plain shorts or sweatpants, and a tanktop (x). Even in winter, it's either a tanktop or t-shirt.

Training - shorts or Adidas sweatpants, and a tanktop (x) (x). She never wears t-shirts because if she sweats, she doesn't want to get pit-stains Xp. She also feels tanktops help in arm choreography, making it clearer, so she encourages others to use them as well.

Swimwear - A one piece that accentuates the curves (x) or a bikini (x). No ruffles though, because she finds them extremely irritating. Nothing too skin tone or neon unless it's against a dark backing.

Formal - Dresses that come to mid-thigh (something like Park Bom would wear), but nothing longer than right above the knee because of her short hieght. If it's long, it needs to go all the way, covering the tops of her feet. If not a dress, slacks and a cami with a blazer is perfect (x).

Sleeping - Prefers nothing but underwear, but will normally sleep in just a tanktop or oversized t-shirt/jersey and undies. If there's someone in the house she's uncomfortable with, she'll wear shorts underneath. (x)

Makeup - She loves doing bold, or unique eyeshadows. The lips she'll usually keep a natural shade, and doesn't ever use concealer or foundation unless she has a zit. She's managed to keep her complexion near perfect by NOT using such things, and would like to keep it that way. So no blush either. If for theatrical purposes though, she'll comply.

Nails - Likes to keep them at medium-long length and will do any wild range of designs or colors.

Piercings - Just a single ear piercing. She doesn't really want any more either. Especially not gauges.

Tattoos - She has just one ankle tattoo. However, she really wants to get a tattoo behind her ear, kind of like Jay Park, as well as one on her back, like Hyuna.

Scars - One scar on her right arm. It's very small, but she got it when a small dog came up and scratched her with his nails that hadn't been groomed in a while. Personality:     Extreme social butterfly. He can make friends with every brick on the Great Wall of China if he wanted to. Aside from that, he loves to fanboy over K-Pop with his daughter. His favorites are SHINee, Super Junior, F(x), SNSD, and 2NE1. If the girl or boy is blonde and/or has short hair, he biases them. How well they get along : 8 -- There are several things that get on Somi's nerves. But at the end of the day she couldn't be more grateful. Her dad has always been the cool one who has been like a best friend to her. They have very different vantage points on several opinions but they manage to accept them. When she was little, Somi was sometimes scared of him because he was so strict, but now that she's older, she sees that he made her a stronger person.

BACKGROUND-

Family History:  As a child Somi was very shy. With no siblings, she mostly interacted with adults. They'd always swoon over her because of her large eyes and shy smile. She enjoyed playing with the neighborhood children, although all of them were at least 5 years older than her. Her favorite memories were hanging upside down by her knees on the monkeybars, or playing games with the neighbor kids in the streets during the evenings. Somi's parents took her on several vacations: her most memorable ones being Tokyo, Hawaii, and Thailand. When she could discover new things and when she was with family, Somi was happiest and most outgoing. But when she grew older and attended middle school, she went through a rough time.

She was a general outcast since she never approached anyone to talk and befriend them. Instead Somi waited until someone came to her. That person was unfortunately the bullied girl who decided to bully Somi and Ahnji to make herself fell better. For about 4 years, Somi was in and out of depression due to Kangah's actions. Although she wouldn't let her parents know because of her pride. Once she was able to go to high school however, everything changed. Kangah went to a high school in Busan when she moved, Ahnji went to America with her family, and Somi was able to regain her self-esteem. She was still a bit unsure about those around her, but she easily made friends with Ahn Hana. Her confidence grew, and she found that all the hell she had gone through was what made her into a more understanding and caring person.

Personality: Very oppinionated, and doesn't really care what others think about her. On the outside she's very tough and hard to really get to know, but once you do she's entertaining to say the least. She likes to complain a lot, to Somi specifically, but ends up making whatever decision she feels is best. If she needs your advice she'll ask for it and that's that. Hana is very efficient in protecting herself and her friends/family physically and verbally. She has good wit and has a plethera of useless information.

How well they get along : 10 -- It took them a good 3 years of high school before they got completely used to each other. But now they're joined at the hip. Three days without seeing each other and they start to get lonely. It's been hard moving in different directions, but they still meet up when they can and talk a lot. Hana was in the same year as her throughout school and since then has really opened up to Somi, and sometimes calls her eomma. To Somi, Hana will forever be her magnae that she'll love dearly.

Personality: He's pretty much a loveable dork. Not greasy, but more along the lines of hyper. His strongest charms are his full-hearted laugh, lips, and dance skill. Dongwoo has a lot of energy and usuall doesn't care to control it outside of training/practice. If there's a chance to go out and find something new to do, he'll be up for it in a heart beat. He reacts well to all forms of humor and isn't afraid to act like a strange...dolphin - for lack of a better word. 

How well they get along: 9 -- These two go hand in hand. Dongwoo has just enough energy and outgoing-ness to keep Somi entertained. However, he can sometimes be a bit too much for her and he's not super comfortable with her skinship. They're both able to be open and honest with each other however, so when the subject of her affection came up, she completely understood why he was worried and she stopped. Now she only gives him hugs when the meet and when they depart.

Personality: She's very responsible and honest. As the leader of the Wonder Girls, she knows how to be bright and have fun, but when there's work to do she puts her foot down. Always very organized and on task, however if she's sleeping, good luck waking her up. Sunye is one who doesn't believe in looking back, holding no regrets. Her motto is "If you do it, it's done."

How well they get along : 7.5 -- Sunye is a good big sister to Somi, but sometimes it's hard for Sun to go crazy. In this case Somi gets bored and they usually just end up watching a drama until they fall asleep. They share a similar positive energy and sense of humor, although sometimes Sunye doesn't feel too comfortable with Somi's suggestive referencing. In that case, Sun will just blush and ignore it.

Personality: Cute and usually positive, but slightly more conservative than Somi. Has a temper that can be very sensitive if she feels you're not joking with her. When younger, she'd sometimes say things she didn't really mean, but was too proud to back down. Not the type of girl to come up and introduce herself to become your friend right away. Hyuna is also the type to not like anyone too over-the-top. It irritates her sometimes.

Why: My mother and her mother worked together at the cafe, and decided to introduce us. Somi was too quiet and made it a bit awkward. They shared a few laughs, but after that day she and Somi met up again. Unfortunately, it had been a long day for Hyuna and the star had just learned from her new friend that her boyfriend was Lee Hyunsik. Hyuna got a little jealous, considering she had a slight crush on him, but she held it in. Eventually Somi tried to give advice to her new friend, as Hyuna was under a lot of stress, but became too overwhelming and Hyuna snapped at her. Somi tried to appoligize but Hyuna said it would be better if they just remained acquaintances.

Interactions: The two might smile or wave with a small bow, but that's as far as it gets. Especially if Hyuna is in public. Somi never really liked the fact that Hyuna didn't give her another chance and acted snotty towards her.

Personality: Hyunsik is very sweet and lively. However, sometimes he's too nice and doesn't lay down his own opinions strongly enough. When someone shows him something or tells him something, he might not have too much of an opinion about it, but will likely tell another person about the same thing to get their opinion. So unfortunately he was a er for drama and gossip in high school. As he's gone through training and debuted as an idol, he's grown much more confident in his own thoughts and opinions.

Why and How they broke up: Although Somi's open heart allowed him in and her opinionated nature complimented his lacking one, she truly couldn't stand the drama and gossip that she heard when he came to talk to her. Somi always told him to think what he wants to, but until that person comes up to tell you themselves about their own problems, stay out of it. Plus his sweeter approach wasn't unique enough to keep Somi entertained. Unfortunately Somi couldn't find it in her heart to break up with him, so she waited until a year had passed before he ended up breaking up with her by a handwritten letter. This was due to the fact that he was in Seoul at the time, preparing to be a trainee.

Personality: Dorky but conservative. He's very good at expressing himself and taking on new situations with confidence. He's very carefree and has a good imagination on what to do if he gets bored. Dujun is one who also doesn't mind skinship, and if he's bored he's been known to poke Gigwang's abs if he's there. All in all he's the kind of guy that would be very formal for the first few days of meeting each other, but would warm up quickly and show you his warm, dorky side if you respond well.

How well they get along: 9 -- No relationship is perfect, but he seems to pick up where she lacks, and she does so for him. While she helps him think ahead and outside the box, he always has a new story to tell or a new activity to do. Even if it's just sitting and playing a video game, it's never routine. He gives her the variety and acceptance of her strange humor, while she gives him positive feedback and energy, and a place to get advice or simply talk to.

Interactions: Piggy-back rides are not uncommon to see when these two get together. Somi would also likely ask to play with his hair, and if doing nothing else, he'd comply, knowing nothing too horrible comes out of it. They seem like child-hood friends but there always seems to be a strange, un-assured, way about them when they're alone.

Contact: Usually through calling or they'll meet up in the lobby for a meal or snacks.

Have you met?: No, they hadn't met formally before. When B2ST went to Japan, she was just coming back from visiting family. Somi remembers seeing the idols in the airport before she boarded her flight, but since then, she's been so focused on training, Somi hasn't really gotten out to meet her sunbaes. The two meet through Gigwang who becomes a quick brother-like sunbae when meeting after the announcemnet of Full Moon Wish.

Relationship: The both of them start to gain a large crush on each other and end up dating in secret for a little, to make sure it's something they were ready for.

Occupation: Idol of 2PM

Personality: He loves to party and have fun, especially when he goes out places with Nichkhun. Although he's a bit of a playboy, he has a good set of morals as well as a sense of humor. Out of the members, he's been found to be the best cook, and will usually keep things running in an organized manner in the dorms. His version of organized is slightly more bohemian than Sunye's however, but as long as it's somewhat clean and doesn't smell, he'll be satisfied. Like most of 2PM, he enjoys excersizing and along with Junsu and Junho, is fairly controlled in his actions.

How well they get along : 8.5 -- If there's one person that can be with Somi and do absolutely nothing, it's Taec. If she's pent up with energy, he'll let her run out her energy at a party until she calms down. Then all they have to do is sit back, grab a drink, and play silly games or watch an anime or drama until they end up just falling asleep. He likes to or play around with her, but he also protects her well. She gives him a more feminine and gentle aura to make him smile, but still has a very masculine way of playing around. She's just scared that he'll play around with her heart a bit too rough.

Interactions: She enjoys eating whatever he cooks, so she'll likely have a new sample of food in her hands at some point each week. He usually underestimates her playful temper on top of her ability to punch and pinch in pressure points, and will usually end up having to wrestle her away. If at a party they're more than likely dancing with each other and maybe Nichkhun as well.

Contact: Texting at first, but after Full Moon Wish debuts, they enjoy teasing each other by calling out each other during radio, MC-ing, or variety shows.

Have you met? They met several times before when he was mentoring her during training. However, the meeting was usually brief and with other trainees, so the relationship was kept very professional. They meet up again when he learns she'll be training for Full Moon Wish, only this time it's because he wants to congradulate her. He lets her know that if she needs his help, she can text him. The relationship gets stronger from then on.

Relationship: Flirting. She won't make the first move, and he's just the right amount of forceful energy to do the job.

Trainee Years-

Training Years: 2 years 8 months

Trainee History: Somi came to Seoul on her 17th birthday and decided to try out for JYP Entertainment. At first it was between TS Entertainment, J. Tune Camp, and JYP. Flipping a coin to decide, she went to JYP and put everything into it. She rapped Eminem's Not Afraid and sang the chorus with a power vocal twist towards the end. In the dance audition, she didn't even wait until the music started before stepping up closer, feeling at home in such a catagory. After, Somi was able to face JYP personally, moving into audition finals, and was contacted a week later.

Trainee Experience: Most people could tell she wasn't full Korean whenever she talked to her dad on the phone, but they were very curious and interested in Somi's Japanese heritage so it was welcoming. She did feel, however, that the teachers never took her too seriously because of her height and whatever other reason they had. This pushed her to the point where she wanted to give up, but Taecyeon sunbae kept encouraging her when he met with the trainees a few times. His words really pushed her to keep up her dream and not let it go.
