I really think AFF is a wonderful site. A treasure trove. It's true that it is littered with a lot of brainsores that can make you go WTF, but if you just have the extremely long patience to look and the good eye to spot them, there are so many good stories and amazing writers here. Good stories mean I got very much entertained or touched or whatever, despite the rampant grammatical and construction errors. Amazing writers are either those who write the good stories I described above OR  those who's writing style is very good OR both. And so I would like to make a list of my faves, so far.

Fave authors (in random order):

1. Goddess --- She's a genius in making hilarious stories. If you want to laugh, feel giddy with love, cry a little, laugh some more... you definitely should read her stories. It would be a grand time to marathon read all her stories. There are many grammatical errors, but if you are not too critical and you just want to enjoy funny lovey-lovey stories (however cliche they are), then her stories are for you. Very entertaining. Her brain is like a story-machine. Though some people would say her plots and characters are already very ordinary, I enjoy them still :P Very deserving to be on the Top 2 spot of popular author list (with many featured fics, too)^^

2. lucy-cipher --- She only has one work and a tumblr for her ficbits, but I absolutely admire this author for her intelligent play of words. Her attack is so mature. So well-woven. And her characters are so consistent and believable. There isn't anything in her story that seems out of place, no loose end, no loopholes. I would like to be friends with this author.

3. LindyBear --- this one's really talented. I've just discovered her works recently (lucky me!). She can write fics of different genre very well. As in very very well. With very good writing skills and style. She can do drama, angsty stories, comedy (new one)... and she can write y, non-repulsive . I like all of her stories, chaptered and one-shots. The depth of her stories is unmatched with her age. She's just 16!!! OMG.

4. RoxyMarvelous -  Same comment as lucy-cipher. Same depth. Same OCness for grammatically clean works. Reading her works would make one think of lucy. Really :P More works are listed under Roxymarvelous, though. Last Christmas was the first one i read from her list while searching for good jaemaki fics (while waiting for lucy's The Assistant to get updated)... and from there I knew I found another gem among the huge pile of rocks in AFF. Even her blog is insightful to read :) I just wish she updates more often.

Most fave stories (in random order):

1. Plaid Shirts and Lipsticks --- by sarangstoryxx (heart-warming... one of the first HyunMin fics that captured my attention and held my interest til the end despite the lags in updates)

2. Love Among Elites --- by dbskgirl4ever (This author is Top1 in the popular author list and i want to find time to try some of her other works, too.)

3. Goddess fics esp. Seducing Him in 10 steps + sequel Alien Ahjumma's Seduction Techniques --- These two fics from goddess are so sweet and cute and funny and the sequel gave me goosebumps at some point. Goddess fics need no to gain readers. Love them. I like all of her fics, mind you. A LOT. A LOT.

4. Three-weeks Kissing Course --- by lin_jeje (This writer is also awesome. She writes extremely long stuff, though)

5. Playful Kiss 2 --- by Romancefreak (The best PK-related fic ever. It's like reading what's supposed to be the real sequel of PK. And the characters are so consistent with the originals, except for a few additions for the purpose of the story. I like Losing to You and Perfect Match, too!)

6. LSB and Twitterlicious --- LindyBear's continuing fics (refer to the list above why I like her stories so much)... all about YunRi pairings.

7. The Assistant --- by lucy-cipher. Hands down to this JaeMaki fic plus the rest of JYJ...even to her tumblr "where all the extras from The Assistant live".  She said she didn't want to write just . Well, it isnt just . The Assistant has class. Just like what the writer wanted.

8. Blind Traces --- by Princemackaroo. Of all her stories, this is the one I like best. There so many complications, and it's heartbreaking to read.

I might have forgotten the others... will update this from time to time. nd I'm sure there'll be more waiting to be discovered and read... or others waiting to be published from the writers' minds.^^

Just a thought...  started here looking for hyunmin/PK fics and ended up hunting for the best Jaejoong and Yunho fics.^^

Here are some of the additional fics that I like. Though not as loved as the ones written above.

1. My Arranged Marriage with EXO-K's SeHun --- by kyuhyunwifey. This is a cute story. Very light and yet it makes you feel giddy. I will surely re-read this when the time comes when I get too lazy to find good fics or when it gets too difficult to find a nice fic in AFF. :)
