PERONALITY.  Hee Young isn't the friendliest of people when you meet her.  She tends to have a quiet demeanor and tries not to say much to people.  This is because her views on things tend to be very blunt(though she'll address you politely)and she doesn't have a clue about how to curb that part of her personality.  Underneath that though, she is actually a very lonely person who really wants friends.  She's kind in a very different way.  She's the kind of person, that instead of offering kind words, she'll do little things for you like give you an extra portion of food, or leave little gifts at your door like a drink or something cute she might sew. 
She's awkward, in that she has a hard time dealing with people that are agyeo or super girly.  When she does talk to people she has a tendency of being very stiff and formal and doesn't really know how to loosen up but she'll listen to their problems all the same(as long as they don't ask her to give them advice).  Only when she's by herself, locked in her room, or some such does she really relax and let's herself be, well herself.  Despite this, she has a very strong work ethic and will put herself 100% into anything she does.  She especially likes things that keeps her constantly busy. However, she's extremely observant and will keep notes and the like in her head about people... espcially trivial things like what they like to eat, what makes them sad, etc.

HISTORY. 
Hee Young was the youngest in her family and was blessed(more like cursed) with 3 older brothers, who, instead of treating her like a girl, treated her like one of them.  She was also raised by her father, so this also attributed to her boyish nature.  If she had any shred of feminine aspects in her life it wasn't attributed to her mother, as her mother died when she was very very young due to cancer.  So again, totally raised by boys and one man.  Around them she was raucous, and loud, loved to wrestle and the like, and of course learned basis self-defense.  However, it wasn't until she started school that she realized how different she was from other girls.  It didn't help either that she was rather pretty, but because of her boy like tendencies many of the girls would avoid her and not play with her because she didn't act like them.  This continued into her all girl's high school and while she tried to pick up girlier habits(which she found she enjoyed... like sewing) it still wasn't enough for them to really make frinds with her.  Strangely enough, alot of the girls started calling her "The Prince" because of her good looks, height, and calm demeanor and she developed a small following.  They actually even liked the fact that she had such a 'blunt' personality.  She didn't like it though, as she wanted friends more than a following... and found that she started disliking nicknames greatly.
She went to college and realized it really wasn't for her, and so settled on an associates degree after two years thinking that it was enough.  She proceeded to find small jobs to occupy her time and earn some money while she was still living at home until she found the same e-mail in her own inbox.  She decided it was time for a change and applied to be a housekeeper.  A seemingly easy job for her after having cleaned up after her raucous brothers.  It also gave her an opportunity to leave home and meet new people hoping they could see past her flaws.

PERSONALITY.  He's a very caring father, and cares for his children greatly.  Feels a little overwhelmed at times and can sometimes go into small bouts where he stares off into the distance... he really misses his wife.  He is very responsible and is one of those people that are steadfast in their jobs.  Constantly thinks about finding a new wife so that Hee Young could have some feminine attributes and he feels sorry for her because he couldn't offer that to her.

PERSONALITY.  She was a sweet woman with a strong personality before her death.  Believed in always being righteous, and taught a few of those attributes to her daughter before her death.  Loved her children very much, but she was excellent at disciplining them.

Loves sports, likes to constantly be active and is one of those people that loves to pick on their siblings.  Not the brightest of the brothers, but definitely the most compassionate of them.  He's best friends with his sister, despite the fact he has a twin, and is the one to generally listen to her problems.  He's also one of those guys that have a natural popular quality to him.
