“Please secure your seatbelts as the plane is now about to launch” A woman’s voice said I put on my earplugs and began to listen to my favorite songs again, unconsciously drifting away to dreamland.

 

 

‘Thank for flying with air Korea, blah….blah…blah” I heard it again, I fell asleep, shrugging my thoughts I stood up, got off the plain, got my bags, and saw a sign in the waiting lounge ‘Shim ChangMin-ah Welcome Home!’ it say, how cute! My Mom really prepared huh? I smiled at them and waved frantically while sprinting headed towards their direction like a little kid who just saw a cute puppy, I hugged both of my parents and kissed their foreheads. ‘I’m back’ I whispered to my Mom, she nodded softly I can see visible tears glistening from the tip of her eyes, she smiled widely showing her happiness, I’m happy that she’s glad to see me, My father’s reaction was the same, he patted me on the shoulder helps me with my luggage and headed towards the parking lot. My Dad shoves my luggage at the back of the car, and we had a quiet and long drive back home.

 

 

Finally I’m in front of my house’ doorsteps I’m so happy I could cry! I turned the knob and inhaled my Mom’s cooking she’s just the best; I headed towards the kitchen and ate like a pig! We laughed and talked about my stay in the Philippines’, it was fun of course I told them, after eating I headed to my room and I can see that my Mom changed the bed covers for me ‘nice’ I muttered, I changed my clothing’s to a comfortable set of Pajama’s brushed my teeth and hopped to bed ‘Home sweet home indeed’

He spotted a dark shadow, his pupils dilated and he bit his lips in utter fear.

 

He felt a strong shockwave of wind against the side of his body, a loud sound of landing on the moist ground followed. At the moment, JaeJoong only wanted one thing to happen to him. And that is for him to escape this mess instantly.

 

“You think you can escape me?”, the shallow voice of the being that he fears mostly probed his lying figure meticulously. He can feel the vampire’s eyes on him, searching his body thoroughly, leisurely even.

 

“Plea----please, don’t hurt me---“

 

“Silence!”, the vampire growled. The tall being folded his legs until the back of his thighs is against his calves. He looked at JaeJoong with his all seeing eye and he smiled in satisfaction when he saw the busted lip of the smaller male.

 

The vampire crawled his hands forward until his cold fingers touched the heated flesh on JaeJoong’s cheek. He pressed his finger against the smaller male’s bruised lips, and he brushed of the blood that’s seeping from the corner of the mortal’s lips.

 

He brought the stained fingertip to his lips and tasted JaeJoong’s crimson blood. “Hmm…”, The vampire’s hum was accompanied by an intimidating smirk. “Why is it that every fool, every criminal, every useless and every pitiful human’s blood taste so awfully bittersweet.” The vampire mused with a smile, his pointed fangs seared and tainted by the beaming hue of deep red.

 

Even though the change is not that drastic, I'm still proud that my writing has improved. I would like to thank all of my friends that helped me through constructive criticism. Up to now I'm still learning how to write properly, I'm still familiarizing myself with proper grammar and punctuation but I know that in time, I'll get there.

 

To all of my friends who can't take constructive criticisms then it's your lost, if you can only see the beauty of it then maybe you'll understand that those people are trying to help you. Remember that hating is different from constructive criticism.

 

Hating you is simply bashing you, while constructive criticism pin points your mistake to help you improve. Some readers even points out your mistake and tells you to change it, and it makes me happy, knowing that they're reading thoroughly to notice such errors.
