Age

I've been trying to figure out how old i am in Korea, so if i meet anyone when i go to Seoul (they will obviously ask my age) i can give them the right answer..

I know everyone is classed as 1 year old when theyre born, i also know you add a year at new year.. So,

My birthday is at the end of october, meaning i was known as 2 years old when i was technically only a little over 2 months old?

Making me 19 in England, but 21 in Korea.. Is that right? Or have i got it completely wrong :s

Ughh >.<
