Background History: Because of the abuse when she was little, she wanted other people (especially kids) to endure the same pain as her, but more violently.

Villain Costume:
For her face: She wears a black surgical mask with a skull print on it. There is also a black bandage wrapped around her eyes, which she can see trough (no super powers of course), her hair is in a ponytail.
For her upper body: A black jacket with a high collar that covers her neck and lower chin, black fingerless gloves, and a knife holder on the right of her arm.
For her lower body: She has white leggings with black stripes on it, black sneakers, knee-length baggypants. There are some knife-holders on her right leg so she can use those.
