Help me guys! HELP ME!

I really need your help, my friends! It's quite urgent... okay, not really...

Have you guys watched 1 Litre of Tears? So, if you do can you guys think of one incurable disease that kinda the same like Aya having??

I'm making a story about a boy struggle with his incurable disease... but I don't really have much information about diseases...

So, any disease that make a person suffer like first he can't walk very well, and maybe after that he can't talk, and so on..

anyone, please help me?? :3

Have you watched A Moment To Remember? I think the girl's sickness there can be used. It's Alzheimer's disease. There is no cure for the disease, which worsens as it progresses, and eventually leads to death. Though some say you could get it when you're old. In the movie, the girl is I think on her 20s or 30s.
