FAMILY BACKGROUND :
Her father is Korean while her mother is Japanese.She has 2 siblings but her older sister Chae Rin is her Half sister because their parents got married before Chae Mi and Chae Jin was born.Her parents met when they were working on a photoshoot and at that time their father was depressed and Chae Mi's mother comforted him about the death of his wife while giving birth to their fist child(the baby was Chae Rin)and after that they started going out and eventually got married.Chae Mi was actually born in Japan because at that time her parents were working on some projects there and they were surprised and happy to find out that Chae Mi's mother was pregnant at that time.But also at that time Chae Rin stayed in Korea with their grandparents because their grandparents wants her to stay there because she was still a baby.But when they found out that they were gonna have a a granddaughter and that Chae Rin will have a baby sister they immediately booked a plane ticket to Japan to visit Chae Rin's parents and the soon to be born Chae Mi.At that time Chae Rin was 1 when Chae Mi was born.Then after a few months of staying there their grandparents came back to Korea because of their business and Chae Rin was left in Japan because her parents want to have a family bonding between them and their two daughters.But after Chae Mi was born they had a child again and it was a boy and they named him Chae Jin he was a year younger than Chae Mi and 2 years younger than Chae Rin.Chae Jin likes to be called by his english name Seige.After the birth of Chae Jin the 5 came back to Korea because their father needed to take care of his parent's business that produces and distributes wine all over the world and they also have their own wine vineyard.And because their parents were also professional photographers they travel around a lot .So Chae Jin,Chae Mi and Chae Rin came with their parents when they travel and eventually the three of them learned many languages and became fluent with it.And after a few years the three of them decided to take studying seriously so they came back to Korea and and eventuially became trainee's there.Her father decided that Chae Mi will take over the company when he's already dead because Chae Rin and Chae Jin refused to take over the company.And her father decided for Chae Mi to take language lessons so that when Chae Mi will take over the company she will not have difficulty in communicating with the clients and investors.

Sarah Lee/45/Past model and now a famous Photographer/She and Chae Mi are a little bit close because she is always out of the country due to her work.She really loves her husband and children so she always call them to check up on them if they are okay ar if there is a problem.People say Chae Mi really resembles her because of the looks and brains.They say that Chae Mi was like the younger version of her mother Sarah. 

Lee Chae Rin(CL)/22/Leader of 2ne1/she and Chae Mi are really close to each other that they can't be separated along with Chae Jin.She is always the one who is in charge of going through Chae Mi's closet and changes some wardrobes into crop tops.She is very sneaky and can be really amusing at times when she bullies her siblings or groupmates.And she likes to play with Tamtammie.

Lee Chae Jin 'Seige'/19/A Sophomore in Seoul University Majoring in music and is also a CUBE ent. trainee/He and Chae Mi are also inseperable along with Chae Rin.He prefers being called Seige but he sometimes considers being called Chae Jin.He is the player in the family.He is very known as the Playboy Kingka of Seoul University while Chae Mi is the sweet and humble Queenka of Seoul University(well even though Ji Hae doesn't consider herself as a Queenka).He is also the team captain of the school's basketball team.He likes to call Chae Mi 'Chaeby' because he and his Chae Rin noona was the one's who gave her that nickname.He is sometimes confused on who is the real maknae of the family,because Chae Mi always acts childish around the 3 of them.He also sometimes uses Chae Mi to break up with his girlfriends.For example Chae Mi will pretend to be his new girlfriend so that he can break up with his old girlfriend(no one knows about Chae Mi being related to Chae Jin in school).But there is a catch,to get Chae Mi to help him break up with his girlfriends is that he always has to bribe Chae Mi with coke,pikachu and especially BUBBLE TEA because he knows  Chae Mi's obsession with it.He even gets more popular when Chae Mi is acting as his girlfriend in school,because people say Chae Mi is like a goddess and that she is also very tall and many guys has a crush on her in their school and also because Chae Mi is a noona.And also he has a secret crush on Hyo Jin that is a close friend of his Chae Mi noona.

Kim Hyo Jin(OC)/18/A student in Seoul University/Close Friends/She is a really sweet and is a bubbly girl but can be really evil.She first met Chae Mi when her older sister Hyoyeon of SNSD introduced Chae Mi to her and she was so shocked because the girl that everyone admired in their school is talking to her so she was a bit shy and stuttered alot so Chae Mi was a bit amused with it.And she was really happy that her sister Hyoyeon introduced her to Chae Mi because she finally have a friend.She was a loner back in school because she always meets many and idols and that she is really close with SNSD and now she was hanging out with a really friendly and sweet girl that everyone admires.Well she even got haters because of it.And also she has a secret crush on Chae Mi's younger brother Chae Jin.
