She was born in a small fishing village of around 4,570 people in Ginoza, Okinawa.
Her Mother died of influenza after Yukie turned thirteen. She had to take up the role of house wife and still attend school. She learned to cook and run the household for her Father and keep her older Brother going to high school and off the streets looking for easy cash.
When she was sixteen she witnessed her Brother being killed in a shootout between rival drug gangs there in Okinawa as they made their regular delivery to a fish market in the city.
He had been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Yukie had seen the gang leader’s smirk at her as she sat next to her dying brother in the street and she went berserk and wound up jumping the guy and biting his ear off. His men pulled her off and threw her into the street and the leader shot her twice. One bullet scraped her left cheek and the other pierced her right side, thankfully missing any vital organs, but she still has both scars today. The one on her face is very light.
She swore vengeance on them as her brother took his last breath and she left for Tokyo after the customary grieving period was over. Leaving her Father behind, she enrolled in high school in Tokyo and began training in Kendo and Jujitsu at two different dojos. She hardened herself and never allowed friends or love to distract her.
Yukie joined the Naikaku Jōhō Chōsasu 内閣情報調査室, Cabinet Intelligence and Investigation Office, or Naichō, when she was nineteen but got herself transferred to the National Security Planning Agency, South Korea’s CIA equivalent, in Seoul. From there she quickly rose in ranks receiving the attention from the higher ups and was asked to be on a special team with six other girls.
