Silently crying myself to sleep

had a terrible fight with my sister... it started out as a dumb joke... but then she turned it ugly.. i didn't do anything wrong. im not a person to hurt people... now i feel like the cause of something that started off as a silly joke.... now crying myself to sleep :-/ :'(
