thought

I think there are so many unspoken thoughts and feelings in us, that we don’t even know are there or understand, and in unravelling them, we can find ourselves and so much more.

from personal experience, I am sometimes afraid to face them; they may be feelings I think I shouldn’t have, say jealousy, spite, anger. it always leads to better understanding. although sometimes, it may be tied up with too much pain, in the case of the death of a loved one or a really painful memory, but I think for the most part it’s worth trying to figure out the reasons behind something. why you feel a certain way; have a certain inkling of something.

the habit of reflecting continuously was ingrained in me so I have a lot of these philosophical thought times. it often stays in my head and I wonder if it’s… if they can make sense to other people.
