Background History

Her mother is a full korean while her father is a full chinese. They lived in Gwangju all her life until her mother died and they moved to Seoul. Her mother died because of a car accident, a hit and run. To forget about the pain of losing her mother in such a young age she started studying dancing when she was 7 until the present. She also learned Taekwondo when she was 8, being a black belt when she turned 13. Her father is a business man. They're rich but she hates getting money from her father because she thinks its wrong. When she was 13, she started working in coffee shops or convenience stores. Even though she's gloomy and may seem cold, she loves helping poor people. She often join activities that may help the poor, like feeding homeless people or delivering relief goods, etc. She know how to speak chinese because her father thought her since its her father's first language. She loves studying and graduated in high school as an honor student. She was casted by SM Entertainment when she joined a solo-dance competition.
