Kim Minji is an explorer. She sees to it that everyday, she discovers new things. she is a very cheerful person. but behind her smile and laughters is a minji with sadness (in the history/background). you will not be bored if you are with her. a very secretive person. she doesn't show to others if she is sad. if she's angry, she just paint. painting for her is like singing and dancing: you can express yourself through it. and if she is sad, she plays her guitar. a very kind hearted and gentle girl. other people say that she's just a play-safe one but no, she is not. she knows what other people think of her, but she doesn't hate them. she keeps herself calm and keeps her feet on the ground. she doesn't give up easily. if something is stopping her, she will always try her very best to achieve her goal in a good way, trying not to step onto others.

Minji's family is wealthy. they own one of the biggest hotels in asia, the world hotel. she has an oppa, Kim Min Joon. minji and her brother had a very tight relationship until min joon went abroad to continue his studies. he left minji a ring  and told her that even though they are not together literally, they will still be in each other's hearts. when minji was still in her grade school years, she was bullied. she was bullied by other kids because her parents doesn't come to school if there are events like meetings that requires the parents to go to. they are so busy with their business to the point that they don't even have time time to eat dinner together. but she didn't hate her parents for that. she was so understanding. she knew that it was for her and her brother's future. so, to ditract herself, she sing, plays her guitar and dance. while growing up, she felt that she has passion for dancing and singing so she went to OCP ENTERTAINMENT and became a trainee for 2 and a half years there. after that, future began to smile at her...

scene: (night) there's problem at minji's home. so she went out without knowing where to go. suddenly it started raining hard. taemin, driving his car going home, just came from a party, when he saw a girl sitting along the sidewalk. he was concerned so he went out of his car, holding an umbrella and went near the girl. "uhm, miss, why are you here? are you okay? if you stay like this you might get si-". taemin was stopped when the girl looked up and saw it was minji. when minji stood up, she can't anymore. she had no energy left and passed out. taemin didn't have any choice so he took her to his home. while taking care of minji, taemin saw her gentleness. and without knowing, he already fell for her
