She lived in Korea most of her life with her grandmother. Her parents promised her that they will do whatever they can to bring her to Canada, but nothing has been done. Its like they forgot about her. From then on, she became independent with the help of her grandmother. When she finally raised up enough money to go to Canada for a visit, she got recruited in SM Entertainment.

 Personality :

She is a quiet young lady at first but after their first meet, it feels like she wasn't the same person from before. Though she won't share as much in a discussion. She is erted at times but its rarely shown, other than to Kai. She is super seductive when it comes to luring in men that even Hallyu stars fall for her. Its like she has two lives. She is not gullible and she is very dedicated. She will work her hardest to get to the top. She is also a sensitive person.

Since she isn't gullible, its hard for people to give her surprises. Also, she cries very easily.

Brother: Kris. 22.  Kris has been adopted by Yunji's parents and had debuted in a group EXO-M. 

Buddy/Friends: Kai. 18. They've been training together ever since Yunji got signed into SM ENT.  Kai made a deal about them being buddies, but it seems like he's been hiding feelings from Yunji.

Best Friend: Woohyun. 21. Met Woohyun during elementary and they have been glued together ever since. Woohyun is Yunji's diary and is very dependable to Yunji. 

Love Interest:

Crush: D.O. 19. Though she has the biggest crush on him, he doesn't want to accept her. He does find her very loveable but  she isn't the right person for D.O.

Crush on Yunji: Myungsoo. 20. When Woohyun introduced Yunji to his buddies 'Infinite,' he couldn't take his eyes off of Yunji. She would always whine to Woohyun about not bringing Yunji over often. He tries to contact Yunji most of the time but he doesn't have to courage to. 

Crush on Yunji: Kai. 18.  Ever since that deal they had, Kai had been hiding feelings for Yunji. Ever since she came to train in SM, he found her aura quite special, as if he found his other half.
