1. I love the smell of campfire smoke, even when it makes my throat itchy and my eyes water.

2. I'm the type of person who reads something funny, then laughs about it days later at the most inopportune times.

3. I get awful stomachaches, the kind that make you double over in pain, whenever I'm nervous.

4. Whenever I meet someone for the first time, I try to find at least one good thing about them so we can be friends.

5. Swearing makes me feel awkward.

7. I'm terrified of the ocean since I almost drowned when I was eleven.

8. I embarass myself often.

9. I hate being stared at.

10. I have a fan club consisting of lower classmen (and women) that think I can do anything. I don't know how it happened.

11. I draw constantly. Math is my favorite art class.

12. I can't play Guitar Hero (the orange button likes to screw with me) but I can play guitar.

13. My twelve year old brother has larger hands than me.

14. Lots of people confuse my friend and I because her name apparently sounds more Asian than mine. (Oh, everyone's a little bit racist sometimes.)

15. I like elephants a lot. (I can say that in Sign Language too.)

16. I read really fast. I read the seventh Harry Potter book in less than four hours. It was awesome.

17. I cry easily. 

18. Most of my favorite books are considered children's books. (The Book Thief, the Little Prince, the Phantom Tollbooth, Redwall, Harry Potter... the list goes on.) But I do like adult books too. (Their Eyes Were Watching God, A Thousand Splendid Suns, Pride and Prejudice, the Inferno...)

19. I'm in love with Hayao Miyazaki.

20. Sewing machines scare me.

21. I'm not a good conversationalist. Not when I'm talking about things that matter. 

22. When it comes to beauty, I'm very Romanticist. 

23. I don't think clowns are natural.

24. I think that it's cool that Thomas Edison slept in two hour increments. I like random facts.
