Family Background: Ever since Jojo was a little boy, he has suffered from social impairments and become a very secluded child. His parents didn’t discover he had Aspergers until he was about to leave for training, and they told his new manager to get him some medication for it when he left. Although his life has been okay overall, he has had ups and downs. In third grade, he won his school talent show, but in eighth grade his mom got drunk and beat him (only once). He made lots of new friends every time he moved, but his old friends always lost touch. When he was eleven or twelve, his aunt got killed in a tornado in Oklahoma, America, which induced him to having a fear of the weather. He has also lost family members to car accidents, heart disease, and many of them to war and the military. When he went to Korea for training to become a star, his best friend was very upset and cried over the phone before calling Jojo a selfish being and requesting him never to speak to her again. Although other kids tried to convince her that she was being dumb, she never again talked to Jojo, and Jojo forced himself to get over it, which was much easier once he'd completed his solo training and moved on to training with the other boys from the group. His solo training was supervised and carried out by SME’s SHINee, and YG's BIGBANG came in as a personal tutor when Jojo’s training morphed into the rest of the group’s training (i hope you know what i mean by that sentence, i can’t reword it and it kina doesnt make sense)
