I don’t know what to say for myself, a brand new set of pairings. Okay, lame excuse. Invalid forever. I just think that after a while I’ve been shook, shook around different tidal waves, a short tsunami maybe and my ships have crashed somewhere I really don’t know where. So...it’s like restarting.

Thus, this is my new pairing list, as of April 16, 2012. You don’t have to like it though. But I am again okay with any pairing that the wind blows in as long as I think they’re cute or gorgeous together, I’m all go for it.

Top 3 Pairings that top the OTP list

(in order of interest)

Ships that I am definitely a part of until the end of time, thus my chaptered works are mostly on them.

1. Kyuhyun/Seohyun –Yes I do mind Kyuhyun’s glances and Seohyun’s shy persona (I can’t write Seohyun that well, you know that). I do mind that Kyuhyun might like her, and Seohyun might be playing all hard to get. I do mind that SM is always pairing them up. Why do I like them? They might be the usual pairings around here, but their love just might be as unusual as you think.
2. Changmin/Yoona –Changmin has always appeared like the god of the east sea, and Yoona has been an all-time favorite goddess of mine. Why them? Sure they might have the smallest interactions in the shipping world, but simple greetings and simple smiles are enough to make them simply beautiful together. It always starts from there.
3. Donghae/Jessica –That’s because Donghae’s Babo Bada, and Jessica’s Pretty Sica. Why would they even be part of my OTP list? They were the first ship I went aboard, the first ship that opened me to writing fanfiction. Why them? Because you can’t simply ignore a very still fire (thumbs up if you get the pun).

Ships that are usually in my works, or are actually what I work on for drabbles and oneshots, whereas the one above work on both ways. That probably is the only difference. Nonetheless my love for them is also unfading.

1. Leeteuk/Taeyeon –Their moments and interactions are precious, that is why they are one of my favorite boats.
2. Baekhyun/IU –Crackship doesn’t have to be that cracky; because after the debut performance in Inkigayo, Baekhyun has a lot in mind. He glances ever so often (11 times) to the girl MC speaking and well, they deserve to be in a ship for me. No interactions yet, but they look so good together, they better have one!
3. Sungmin/Sunny –Everyone else can see how much this pairing is full of love. No, aside from being cute, I think they’re the most comfortable duo I’ve seen on camera and maybe off camera.
4. Minho/Krystal –They’ll always be one of the most special secret couples to me.
5. Seungho/Soyeon –Friends for eight years thus being together, along with their mothers too, is the best thing I see for them both. Seungho seems to be talkative around her a lot, and Soyeon, that grump, seems to be nicer when he’s there.
6. Taemin/Sulli –Probably like Minho and Krystal, my senses tell me that they are under the special secret couple corner, and even if they aren’t, I still think that friendship as they are both toddlers of SM,  is the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
7. Onew/Luna – Needless to say, they are funny together, cute together, dramatic together; everything about them, the feeling is very warm and I can’t help myself from seeing them together as a couple.
8. Ryeowook/Beige –This couple deserves so much more notice. Although Beige has a boyfriend, I still think they’re the perfect couple by interest and image. No, your argument is invalid.
9. Siwon/Sooyoung –Mr and Ms. Choi, would you two like some sugar in your tea? I love how Siwon is so brotherly over Sooyoung, and yet definitely showing subtle hints that he likes her. Somehow. I regret nothing for putting them in a ship. They are marvelous together.
10. Eunhyuk/Hyoyeon –Dancing machines of our generation, why not just get married or something? They have this very keen under the microscope kind of relationship that shippers will want to watch out. They can grow into lovers, this two. Quite a pair.

Top 12 favorite alternative pairings

(not really based off the list I have up there, but in order of interest in which I think suits the other in cases of angst or whatever, one-sided and whatnot. But they can stand alone, and pairings that I would love to try my hand at a lot. Some of them are just heavily influenced.)

Ships that I’m not generally aboard, but at times packing my things and walking the plank to the other side. These bunch are the irresistable kind. Occasional writing but more on reading them.

1. Taemin/Krstal –High Kick 3 influenced my point of view about the couple, really. I like how they can look so sweet together, even if it was just a show. Then when the cameras are off, wouldn’t you think they were the two who bonded off the most on the set? Yes, I think they’re very cute too.
2. Kibum/Yoona –Some things never change I guess, because favorite enough, Kibum and Yoona’s bond has depth to it unlike the others. They were really friends before Sj debut, before Sj lost him (or something), and I know one way or another, they’ll still be a couple so innocent to look at and I miss writing that way sometimes.
3. Donghae/Tiffany –Jessica’s best friend, Tiffany who I feel has this vibrant feeling towards Donghae. Yes, Donghae, without a doubt, is good friends with Fany. And I’m glad that they can be so close when the cameras are down.
4. Eunhyuk/Tiffany –Fame musical’s influence. Do you guys see how my bias is such a good boyfriend-like to Fany? They are so close, so smiling with each other that they are too sweet of a pair that I, as a Hyukjae-bias, will be willing to get aboard on.
5. Sehun/Krystal –Something tells me, and it’s not the W Korea photoshoot, that they will be a beautiful pairing. I feel that they are close and like Minho/Krystal, a hidden couple.
6. Heechul/Jessica –I really don’t know how to describe this but I love the moments, love the interactions, love the precious laughter and I know how much careful Heechul is around Sica. The fact that one can take care of you, be with you  is another romantic factor.
7. Siwon/Tiffany –Don’t you just love seeing them both smile? Together?
8. Kai/Krystal –Kai is growing on me as someone who is silent but very dashing in the inside. I feel that since their age is matter appropriate, they will make a pretty couple.
9. Kyuhyun/Victoria –Would you believe me if I say that Kyuhyun is such a ladies’ men? In fact like his Donghae-hyung. They are the best of friends and I know they will be there for each other no matter what happens.
10. Zhoumi/Victoria –A couple that I find so very gorgeous and charismatic. Soft Qian and a little softer Zhoumi, they make a perfect, perfect pair.
11. Onew/Jessica –The way Onew looks at her. I’m not sure if it’s a sunbae respect thing or the other one. I can’t resist him pairing with Jessica.
12. Luhan/Nana - I like writing them together, really and I think they look great.

Other couples not mentioned, be it crack or ship-filled, can either fall in the pairings that I don't mind reading or writing, but probably more on reading. I am comfortable with any couple really.

I also want my readers to know that I am not a person who puts bias to bias: number one girl bias with number one boy bias because my biases don’t actually ‘CORRESPOND’ that well with each other. I don’t mind that at all. My main biases in SMTOWN are Yuri, Eunhyuk, Changmin, Onew, Krystal, and Luhan. But as you can see, none of them are paired up with each other and none of those possible pairings are part of the list, nor part of any story I have. It is because I will not deny this fact but I’ll let you know in this secret. I can’t write that well for my bias. Yes, not very well. Occasionally, they will pop out in the fic, a chaptered one or a drabble, but after that, they have the smallest exposure. Regarding Changmin in Someone Other than Me, the exception to this rule, the reason why I didn’t choose Yuri to be his pair was because I don’t like it. That much. Nope. Changmin has been difficult on my boat but I love him nonetheless, and I love that he is paired with Yoona. I try my best to write him as clean as possible. Heck only Changmin passed for being part of the ‘main’ OTPs. The others were...well, somehow because it is my bias I am writing about, I find it the hardest to perfect them. I love them I guess, so no reason not to give them the best I can. And sometimes when I write them, it turns out the worst so I just stop. Yes, please refer to my disastrous Someone Other than Me if you wish to witness it.
