SHINee is just a lab rat for a boy idol group that is being created right now, who is to be called “So Nyun Chun Ji”, which basically from the looks of it is going to be a boy version of SNSD. Just like H.O.T. was for Shinhwa, SHINee was just a mere lab rat to test the water. The only reason why SHINee hasn’t disbanded is because they’re so popular, and they’re doing well, especially internationally. Once SHINee isn’t doing well anymore, they’re probably going to disband in an instant. Why do you think that Super Junior member and SNSD members have scandals all over the place while SHINee is quiet? The groups that SM is pushing is SNSD, Super Junior, and they’re starting to really push f(x). The JongKyung thing? FAKE. The press found out about Jessica and Taecyeon dating. They got pictures of them kissing, then showing their face, which was poorly disguised in a wine bar. When the pictures were taken, it was just a couple days before the comeback of “Hoot”. SM decided to shut them up with a fake scandal with Jonghyun and Shin SeKyung, since Jonghyun was just an experiment, why not use him? Look up the dates yourself. They fit perfectly. SNSD’s first performance of Hoot: 10/19. JongKyung confirmed: 10/26. Just enough time to take picture and spread if around. Since they pointed each other out as their ideal types, and SeKyung needed publicity for her new movie that was coming out, and SM needed to stop the Jessica-Taec scandal, the two agencies banded together and made the scandal. All Blingers that were sasaengs had no idea of their relationship which is weird, since they follow Jonghyun around. Look at the pictures that were supposedly “evidence”. Did they look like they were in love? ANY chemistry? No. In fact, SeKyung is looking into the camera lens in one of the pictures. The end might be coming for SHINee.

s!b- I’m a Shawol, and don’t want to believe this, but I know it’s true. this is totally UNBELIEVEABLE... this is not going to happend some people says that SHINEE ANTI FANS IS THE ONE WHO MADE THIS... and I've got the most beautiful comment ever (I found this at the site) from a SHAWOL that really clever... I think I adore him/her this is the comment from her/him -> Lol, that little "essay" is so poorly written that I don't even know where to start. Anyway just some things that are really badly-concluded in this essay:

1. If H.O.T was an experiment for ShinHwa, explain DBSK to me please. Were they an experiment for anything? Or were they the actual thing? And the way I see it, SHINee is no lab rat because SME seems to have learnt from the DBSK fiasco and is listening to the SHINee boys. Hyoyeon from SNSD said in Flower Boy Generation that SHINee actually pulls much weight in their company, not SNSD, and there is no reason not to believe her. Thus SHINee is more likely a "main product" than an experiment.

 

2. We'll see what the new boyband's name is before we talk about them being the male version of SNSD. Even if they are, it's better to say that SNSD is the experiment than to say that SHINee is the experiment.

 

3. SHINee was always quiet because they had a clean image. But so did SNSD. SHINee was just as "scandalous" in terms of boy-girl relationships as SNSD, before Jongkyung came out.

 

4. What's the correlation between being non-scandalous and being an experiment? None.

Once SHINee isn’t doing well anymore, they’re probably going to disband in an instant." Lol, teleological argument--using your conclusion to justify an argument in support of it. And contradictory too; the more popular SHINee is, the more SME is going to invest in them, the more popular SHINee will get, the more SME is going to invest in them, the more popular SHINee will get... you get the idea. This has been happening over the past three years and with their advance into Japan, only looks like it's going to grow more. SME definitely seeks the marketability of SHINee, so if they were even at one point experiments, they sure as hell aren't anymore, at least since they won the Best Rookie Award way back in 2008.

 

6. SME has "pushed" SHINee no less than they've "pushed" f(x). SHINee had two variety shows all to themselves (Yunhanam and Hello Baby) before their second anniversary. f(x) has had only the Koala show in their two years. Looks like SME invested more in SHINee's variety shows than f(x)'s. Heck, SHINee has huge support from SME. They've been performing all over Asia, and got tied up with EMI Music Japan to promote in Japan... and let's not even talk about them performing at Abbey Studios. Therefore, the premise that SME hasn't invested that much in SHINee is wrong, which therefore cannot support the (fallacious) conclusion that SHINee is an experiment.

 

7. Just because the dates of Jongkyung fit with Hoot promotions, doesn't mean that there necessarily must have been a SNSD scandal. Plus Sekyung never said that Jonghyun was her ideal type -.- She said in an interview that she likes SHINee and CN Blue, and Onew and Jonghyun in Hello Baby both said their ideal type was her, and that's all there was on TV. Therefore, the fact that the dates of Jongkyung fit in with Hoot promotions does not support the conclusion that SHINee is an experiment.

 

8. I agree that the photos of Jongkyung were likely staged. But how does that therefore mean that the end is near for SHINee? I think it's far more likely that the photos were staged for two purposes. One, Sekyung's new movie was coming out like the next day or next week or something. Two, SME wanted to divert attention away from the JYJ lawsuit. They are after all a publicly-listed company who need to maintain huge shareholder confidence to maintain their stock price. As to whether Jongkyung are really dating, I don't have any reason to doubt it even though the photos are probably staged and there has been no other evidence so far. But you know, I'm sure they have ways and means of meeting each other without crazy fans finding out. In any case, Jongkyung being fake does not support the conclusion that Jonghyun's an experiment, especially when you remove the assumption that "real goods" must have no scandals.

 

9. Finally, being an experiment does not mean that you'll automatically fail once your group isn't popular. In fact, being a non-experiment could even more so kick your group out when your contract ends. SME wanted to re-contract with only two out of the five ShinHwa members, but all of them just packed up and left because of that. Hence, it won't be the "end" of SHINee even if they were just experiments. I rest my case.
