the thing about supporting gays is that,
according to the Bible, it is against the Catholic religion to have ual feelings towards someone of the same
it's referred to as unnatural.
which is why, couples that are gay/lesbian are not able to marry within the Catholic church.
not only that, but they are unable to marry in most states.
(there are the exception of some states that allow gay marriages)

in the modern world, gay marriages and relationships, are being accepted however.
since the Bible can't really be rewritten, people take what is said about homoual relations literally.
thus, saying that those that are gay or support those that are gay, will then go to Hell.

i hope i explained that properly.
