This one is about Chanyeol's condition. As I mentioned before, he's a male pseudohermaphrodite. BUT I made his condition WAY different than real pseudohermaphrodites. Chanyeol is born with full, complete, perfect male body, all male s intact. Hermaphroditism is usually detected when a person reaches puberty. 

The only difference is despite having fully functioning masculine physic, the inside is different i.e. he possess a small uterus so that leads to why he's able to menstruate and get pregnant and stuff. (I know some might find this a bit disturbing but that's just how it is). I'm simplifying all this and don't wanna bore you all with the gruesome details. So sorry if you guys might find this to not sit well with your tummy ^^" 

So if ever Chanyeol do it with a guy without any protection, there's a 50% chance he'll get pregnant.

About his current condition - true story actually.

Whenever a person (female) do sports like everyday, your abdomen muscles tend to contract and voila! you have a perfectly toned tummy but in some cases, the strain's too much that the contraction causes the uterus to have less space, and the blood it contained tends to come out more than it should be (#personal experience). I don't know bout other people tho but in my case, it happen like that. So that's all.
