WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE AND THEIR GODDAMN APPEARANCE CHOICES?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?! Like, srsly, Da FUG?? Especially on applications!! >:|

I remember once I came across an application where the person made their OC a total tomboy, who is a bit of a at times, etc, etc... Her position in the group? Lead rapper and sub-dancer. That makes sense, right? Yeah, its reasonable. A tomboy who's a rapper. Yeah. But you know what WASN'T reasonable??! How she chose... sweet lord..... Kim Shin Yeong as her ulzzang.

Shin.

ing.

Yeong.

Incase you don't know who that is (you should though, she's EVERYWHERE on apps, stories, posters, everything!!!), here's a picture of her.

I'm NOT saying she's not pretty! She's very pretty! In fact I envy her looks.... But she is just SO overused and MISUSED!!! I understand if you make her girly, aegyo-filled, and the group face and maybe a vocalist, maybe a CF queen, whatever!!! But a TOMBOY RAPPER? 

, please. That's like making Hong Younggi a psycho serial killer.

Let's move on to another HIGHLY OVERUSED ULZZANG: 

Mikki aka Lee Youn Joo

Oh jesus, this just... ugh..... -.-

Let me put this out there first: I LIKE Mikki. I actually wouldn't mind using her for a some applications because I like her unique face, cool hair, and clothing style! But.... EVERYBODY and I mean everybody USES HER!!! My GOD! I have yet to come across a girl group/other application story where somebody HASN'T used Mikki as their ulzzang. The worst part is that even when the author specifically says "I don't want you using Mikki, Kim Shin Yeong, Do Hwe Ji, etc... on your applications!", they STILL USE THEM!!!

For those oblivious few of you who don't know who Mikki is, this is a picture of her:

Now, the other part that pisses me off about people using her is.... WHY do so many people use her?? I mean, she's cute, but c'mon, she's not... like.... Freakin Asian Beyonce!! There are SO many beautiful ulzzangs out there, and it sorta bugs me how everybody just uses.... Mikki....

NEXT ULZZANG: Do Hwe Ji

Ok. I REALLY LIKE DO HWE JI! She's really pretty, and she would suit a lot of my OC's and applications! I would totally use her.... but again, EVERYBODY FREAKING USES HER!!!!

Like, really!!!! 

She's not nearly as popular as Mikki and Kim Shin Yeong, but JESUS a lot of people use her!!! Like, I understand why they would, and I personally find her cuter than Mikki and Kim Shin Yeong (that's just my opinion, people will disagree), but I NEVER use her because I KNOW somebody else will.

I'll cut Hwe Ji's rant short, because its pretty much the same case as the above two. Here's a pic of Do Hwe Ji for.. whoever:

Now, finally, let me briefly go over another incident that I just experienced a couple days ago.

So I'm planning on applying for a story (I won't say which), and the author requested we use Idols as our appearances rather than ulzzangs (If you know me, then you'll know my three choices are Yuri, CL, and Gain XD). 

So, as the sneaky little brat I am, I was looking through my competition's applications....

And you know what?

Somebody had used IU as their appearance....

and made her....

Lead Rapper, Main Dancer, and SUB Vocalist.

Ok, really, IU???? RAPPER??? SUUBBBBBBBB VOCALIST?!?!?! DANCER?!?!?!?! DA!!!!

IU is a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious singer, an.... average-ish dancer... but IU as a RAPPER??? WHAT THE BLOODY HELL!?????????

Please, somebody rid the world of this insanity T_T
