TagimpanRS Terms and Conditions

TagimpanRS is open and accepting requests

TagimpanRS' second batch of review requests are now officially open! With the success the initial batch has brought to the shop and two first-time Reviewers, we have become more confident in our critiquing skills that we've decided to come back and provide more services to our lovely patrons. For this batch, we will now be providing 10 review services, 5 of which will be free of charge! For more information, please read further to know the shop rules and terms of requesting, as well as Reviewers' reading preferences and exceptions.

Services Provided:

As some of you know, our shop originally charged KPs for every review. We did so to avoid overworking ourselves, and at the same time, it's for us to gain a small incentive for the work we provide for AFF writers. We still kept the same transaction for the second batch, but we've also taken into consideration the small or new accounts that may not be capable of availing such service. We've now divided our services into 2 categories: Paid Review service, and Review-For-Review.

For the Paid Reviews, we will still be charging KPs per request; but for R4R (Review-For-Review), we will be doing the review for free, in exchange of having our works be given feedback as well. We will be accepting 5 requests for each category, and there will be a few separate rules and guidelines alongside the general terms in case you are wondering how they work.

Service Expectations:

Paid Reviews remain the same. We will be judging your work based on a set of criteria and grading system, which will or will not be included in the final review depending on your request. Stories will be analyzed according to the following pointers:

  1. Title / Description / First impressions (20/20)
  2. Plot / Concept / Theme or Genre / World-building (25/25)
  3. Character Study / Design (25/25)
  4. Flow / Pacing / Execution (25/25)
  5. Personal Enjoyment / Recommendation Score (5/5)

TOTAL: 100/100

R4R is based on feedback. Since it's free, we thought it's fair to ask for quid pro quo. We give what we can give, and you can repay us with the small fee of reading our stories in return. We will still post your review and critique/grade them just as we would the paid ones, but instead of KPs, you can repay us by choosing one of the stories written by your reviewer and review them back, basically. We don't expect you to give something as detailed as we provide on here, but we would like to just hear your thoughts, reactions, and overall commentary on some of our works, as we would also like to improve our skills as writers. Anything from a simple "I like/dislike this!" to more insightful comments would be highly appreciated, as long as they are not lazily/carelessly put.

Reviewer Styles and Preferences:

Reviewer Lakanamihan reads anything and everything as long as it is taken seriously and handled with great care. I am unfamiliar with some genres though, especially well-known fanfic tropes and themes. Because of that, I have to base my judgment off of how well the author is able to make these tropes convincing, relatable, and/or sympathetic. When reviewing a story, I usually focus on characterization, storytelling, and emotional impact, and also how well-established the plot is and how successfully incorporated the themes and messages are into the storyline.

Reviewer officergatack reads anything that does not include non-con, SA in general, ped^philia, inc^st, involving underage characters in dark and violent story themes, MPREG, ABOverse or anything similar, forbidden love, and essentially anything with plot revolving around just establishing a romantic trope. As a reviewer, I focus more on writing technicalities and judge a story based on how realistic the dialogues are and how satisfying the execution is.

Terms of Services:

General Terms:

  1. Upvote and Subscribe to the shop. Subscription is to be notified that your request have been posted; upvotes are to ensure you can comment on the shop's comment section. Be mindful that the review may take longer to be posted depending on the word count.
  2. Choose the reviewer you would like to read your story. Make sure to take their fortes and preferences into consideration.
  3. Credit the shop on your story Foreword and post a blog linking back us. It helps to promote us as well as reach other authors who might want to acquire the shop's services. Use the banner provided.
  4. Comment on the main shop thread to inform us that you have requested.
  5. Comment after picking up your request as well. Let us know your thoughts.

Terms of Paid Reviews:

  1. Reviews will amount to 50KPs per story chapter. [For transparency, here is the computation formula: chapter count × 50 = amount of KPs to pay   so that is 《 1 × 50 = 50KPs 》 or 《 15 × 50 = 750KPs 》]
  2. Only send payment upon having your request accepted. We will not be responsible for returning them once you have sent them without being verified to send them first.
  3. Now that we got all of that out of the way, you can now submit your request through the form we have provided. Just click on this link.

Terms of R4R:

  1. Upvote and subscribe the story you picked written by your chosen reviewer.
  2. You can give your feedback in two ways: either through commenting on each chapter after reading them, or posting a summary essay of your general thoughts and reactions on a blog post. You can follow the shop's criteria if you want to, or you can just freewrite it. If you choose the blog post option, you have to at least leave a comment on the story itself—just to let your reviewer know that you've read their stories out. For the blog post option: upon picking up your request, you should also include the link of your blog post.
  3. Now that we got all of that out of the way, you can now submit your request through the form we have provided. Just click on this link.

Thank you for reading TagimpanRS' Terms and Conditions. We are looking forward to working with you!
