Hello guys.. It's been a while I haven't written here right.. I just wanna story about my work.. I already been an assistant manager in pizza hut around 1 year 5 months and now I just got a news about me gonna be a restorant general manager maybe next month (february).. It happened so suddenly just because of other person. so my rgm now need to transfer to other store. and I been promoted by my rgm to my area manager.. so yea my area manager talk to me about that.. I just can't believe it because you know, i kinda new as a manager.. I feel like I'm not good enough for that position.. That's too much for me.. But my AM keep saying that I can do it.. She believe me so much even she said to the Operation manager that I can replace the rgm here.. I don't knowwwww.. I really really don't know I can do it or not.. too many work to be done.. ordering the stock, count the stock every week and every month, need to attend a meeting at other store which is so difficult for me because I got no transportation.. I just don't know what to say.. Of course I can learn everything about the new job scope but yeaaa I scared in the same time.. Can I do it same like my rgm before this..? can I take care this store..? Too many question in my mind.. I even don't know what to say right now..
