❁ sebin is a care-free guy who loves to take on new things and experiences. people around him describes him as sunshine because of how light and bright his personality is. he gets along pretty well with everyone he meets and has a wide set of acquaintances.
❁ has a good sense of leadership and people are always drawn to him. probably because of his charisma and how he radiates everywhere he go, people around him tend to follow his words.
❁ rather than planning, sebin is quite spontaneous and does a lot of things from random bursts of energy and ideas— in other words, he goes with the flow. he struggles with routines and gets easily bored with repetitions, which is why he's in his best potential working with several new things than work in one.

❁ as a people-person, sebin hates conflicts and tends to avoid it as much as possible. he also doesn't like when someone gets mad at him or has a problem with him and would do everything just to keep the peace. an example would be changing his "personality" the way the other party likes.
❁ the downside to sebin's enthusiastic personality is how disorganized he can be. god knows how he hates planning and kind of runs without looking, he gets scattered, overwhelmed, and tend to over-fix details in his environment.
❁ sebin can come off as over-enthusiastic, which is tiring for some people. he has oversensitivity issues and let his imagination run wild for things that did not even happen. he also gets easily insecure if not treated the way he usually gets.

BACKGROUND hwan sebin is the oldest son to hwan jaejoon and kim youngae, born in the 07th of march 1995. eversince he was a kid, they knew that sebin would take the creative career path as he picked a paintbrush during his first birthday. other than that, he showed his early talent by drawing the walls of their house everytime he was given a chance.

sebin grew up in a normal household and thankfully, jaejoon and youngae aren't traditional and let their eldest son to spread his wings. they sent him to numerous private art classes until it was time for university. sebin was always grateful for allowing him to follow what his heart wants, even though the family has received a lot of criticism for letting their oldest son to take on a hopeless road.

hwan sebin is a natural talent and has won numerous awards for his creativity. his name was already heard of even before graduating from university and has sold paintings for local and international individuals. sebin's career took off early and held an exhibit right after he graduated, he even opened his own atelier that even foreigners fly to south korea just to enroll in his workshop. his talent was so sought off, which resulted to fame. 

fame to sebin was a double-edged sword. he enjoyed the privilege, the parties and gatherings where he was the center and the protagonist. he too, dug too deep in the spotlight he had. sebin first experienced substance during a high-end party that he was invited to. there were a lot of familiar faces, there are also new ones. he was offered a little by the rich tycoon who bought his painting just a few weeks ago. he knew he shouldn't do it but as a people-pleaser, he tasted it. it did wonders to him, he had a new world of euphoria— and got into substance abuse.

the addiction got the worse of him. it got to the point where he has to close his atelier, his artstyle changed drastically, and worst, he cannot paint anymore. thankfully, his best friend, yeonwoo, noticed it early on and talked him into rehabilitation in spain. it was a close call and sebin was thankful for his friend and promised to start anew, and collect himself to regain his left off journey as an artist. he now resides temporarily in barcelona as a part-time waiter, and just enjoying the slow life he is living now.

ROUTINE sebin's day begins at 12:00 in the afternoon since his job is night shift. most of the time, he goes out to take his brunch but there also times where he cooks in his own. after brunch and talking to the locals he befriended, there are three things he does— he'd either take a swim at the beach, spend his afternoon painting, or bring his materials and paint at the beach. life at spain is slow and care-free and perfectly describes sebin, which is why he's considering living permanently in the country.

sebin works 4 times a week at a pub near his place and his shift starts at 9 pm until 3 am. it was owned by a friend he made after a few months from his release. although he doesn't need to work because of how wealthy he became from selling his paintings, he wanted to do something productive and what a normal citizen would do. at nights where doesn't work, he explores the city and documents his stay by sketching the places he goes to. 

CURRENT LIVING SITUATION he resides in an apartment at the coast of barcelona, spain even though his rehab is done for almost a year. he works part-time at a bar within the city at night. 

SECRET sebin went into substance abuse for almost two years and because the situation got out of hand, he announced that he'd take a vacation but actually went to rehabilitation in spain for 6 1/2 months.

❁ throughout his career, he's already opened 3 art exhibits and sold 25 paintings.
❁ sebin graduated from seoul national university with a degree in painting.
❁ sebin kind of made his way through the city of barcelona and befriended a lot of locals.

❁ his art style's inspired by jean michael basquiat, egon schiel, and van gogh. sebin's art is mostly abstract and landscapes.

❁ all of the painting that's hanged in their house in gyeongju are all sebin's artworks.
❁ he's seriously considering living permanently in spain.
❁ as of now, he doesn't see himself marrying or having kids. though he used to date two girls from high school to college days.
❁ after the abuse he went through, he's been laying off the alcohol and other "bad for the health" beverages or foods.
❁ sebin loves to thrift clothes. he goes lengths just to find good clothes and thrift shops.
❁ has a driving license but failed two times before finally passing.

CHUSEOK free foods? money from the elders? family gathering? sebin loves the holiday especially with the family gathering and all. as a kid, he was ecstatic since he'd always be praised for his achievements and stuff.

HALLOWEEN sebin is a big halloween guy. he thinks what his costume's gonna be months before october 31st and goes on parties and events during the holiday.

CHRISTMAS who doesn't love christmas? every holiday to sebin is an excuse to go all out to be honest. he gets generous during this time and everyone gets a gift from him. 

NEW YEAR'S sebin enjoys the fireworks and the countdown. he feels excited for the new year that's about to come and becomes very inspired during the first few weeks of the new year.
