lee dohun lived a fairly pretty average life before joining the might program. he had a stable family home with both parents and an older sister. his grades were average, his skills were average, and his friends were average. the only thing that made him stand out were his looks. it was the reason he gained popularity in school, it was the reason his parents praised him, and it was the reason he was able to get by with such subpar effort.
when the might program went live, he considered joining. but he was sure he'd become either a minimal or an ill. but his parents were sure that he would at least be popular because of his looks. and popularity would mean fame and generational wealth. so, he decided to join.
and just as he thought, he ended up being a minimal with subpar powers. he had manipulation over dry ice, but he could barely freeze anything. he couldn't even create fog at that point. the scientists were just about done with him when he begged them to allow him to take the might a second time. they denied him, telling him that it might just kill him. dohun didn't care. he was tired of being average.
so, he seduced one scientist in particular to give him the tonic again. and once he did, dohun stopped being the average man he once was.

dohun is curious and sticks his nose in anything that catches his attention. curiosity killed the cat doesn't concern him because he isn't a cat. he will poke and pry until the truth is revealed. dohun is unpredictable because he will act first and ask questions later. he will do the first best idea that comes into his head, and he will do it without warning. that's part of what makes him so dangerous.
he's learned to isolate himself from others when he realized people were so scared of him. he likes being around people, but it scares him how much he could hurt other people. it isn't only that he would hurt them, but he would like it. he's become sadistic after finding out how much fun it is. the more destruction he causes, the more fun he's having. he's insecure and overly sensitive, so any little insult or offense could cause him to blow up.

meaning of name: at the demonstration of his abilities while going through the might program the second time, the scientists and the other subjects were speechless. the first person to say something only said, 'he's a ing demon'. dohun's ego grew enormously at this, taking it as a compliment. so, he kept the name once he became a villain.

— he can only vaporize himself, and it takes a very long time to fuse back together, especially if the air around him is dry. he can only travel short distances away with this ability.
— he cannot control the fog he creates. once it's created, the regular laws of nature would apply

— it would take an enormous amount of concentration for him to incinerate something completely. and he can only do this while touching his target
