Stella Bae was born on November 29, 2000 in Manchester, England. She had two loving parents and a loving older brother. Their parents weren't necessarily well off, but they were definitely well off enough to love very comfortably, so Stella lived a very pampered life, even after her younger sister was born when she was 5 years later. They were a very happy family of 5 and their parents loved them very much. Most of her childhood was uneventful. She went to school, played with friends, got most of whatever she wanted, and lived a very happy life. 
Around middle school she had made a friend that introduced her to games. She had fallen in love with those from then on. She would play pokemon on the DS or gameboy she begged her parents to get her, and all the little barbie games she could ever want. She treasured her game consoles so much that she wouldn't even let her younger sister, whom she was very close to, touch them. And of course, following games, she became interested in anime. She was considered weird for liking it so openly, but she didn't really care. Everyone has something 'weird' they liked, right? 
Then she became a freshmen in highschool and things took a turn for the worst. Isaac, her oldest brother, was already in College in Korea so he couldn't help the girls, even if he wanted to. He was living off of the grace of their grandparents at the moment. Her parents had decided to divorce. It came out of left field for everyone. The house was extremely tense as the divorce case became a bigger issue. And then the custody battle of the girls blew the top off. Their father was fighting tooth and nail for the girls, and their mother was relentlessly trying to keep them. The fighting had gotten so bad that Stephany would wail every time they started to fight. 
Games had become Stella's only escape at that point. She couldn't leave the house because Stephany was too young to be alone and none of their relatives would take them in because they had their own lives to live and they were 'busy'. Stella, when not in school, had Stephany in her room while she played games. It really helped the two of them stay sane in the household they were trapped in. 
Stella spent her entire high school life studying as best as she could, while also helping Stephany out with her school work. The custody battle for them had ended when Stella was 16 and they were split 50-50 between both parents, but that didn't mean anything. They still fought, if not in person at pickups, then over the phone. Both of their parents were effectively pushing the kids away from them because of this. They both would try and talk badly about the other, hoping that the girls would eventually pick one and forget about the other, but Stella was very much already tired of the both of them, and as the years grew by, she grew to resent them. Right up until her graduation. 
Stella graduated in the top 5 of her school, and during her graduation she didn't invite both of her parents. Instead, Isaac had flown in and had taken her to the school to get ready and pick up Stephany from school. Her only family at the event were her siblings, and that was all she could ever ask for. It was that night that she had packed up all her important things and hid the bag in Isaac's rental car. She had applied and gotten into Kyung Hee University on a scholarship for Child and Family studies and English. She was hesitant to leave at first, but Stephany encouraged her to leave, so she did a week after her graduation. 
Her new life in Seoul was very confusing. Isaac tried his best to show her around and get her comfortable but he was busy with his career by then so she was left alone. Stella had discarded her name and went by her given Korean name instead, and just that was a bit troublesome. She wasn't used to the name quite yet. But as the days passed and she got to know all her neighbors and the neighborhood stores, things had begun to be a lot smoother. She even grew to love Seoul, much more than Manchester.
Once Suyeon began school, things went by quickly. She went to school, came home, played games and went out to buy snacks. She had decided that she didn't really want a social life, and things sailed like that for her first year of university. But then she met Yulhui her second year and suddenly Yulhui was stuck to her side like glue. Nothing Suyeon said could shake Yulhui off of her so she just accepted it and Yulhui became her only friend. Even then though, her social life wasn't very active. Her third year of University was different, as she had gotten an internship for a good daycare nearby. Yulhui had gotten the same one, and it was set in stone then. She would never be able to get rid of Yulhui. She spent her days going to school, and then gaming for a bit and then going to the daycare around 3pm to 6pm when the daycare closed. And then their fourth year came and went like a storm and soon Yulhui and Suyeon were graduates. Suyeon had decided to work at the daycare she interned at and she worked the morning class so she had the afternoons off.

The most recent change to her life has been Stephany moving to Korea as well and now the three of them live in an apartment together in the middle of Seoul. 

Daily Schedule 

Currently it is Suyeon's second year teaching in the Daycare. She still has afternoons off. She works with kids aged 2 to 4. 

Suyeon wakes up every day at 6:30am to get ready for work where she has to be there by 8am. Then she watches the kids. Their lunch time is around 11am and then by 2pm she's off of work. Most of that time is spent doing arts and crafts with the kids and playing with them. They have nap time twice a day for 30 minutes. The first nap ranges anywhere from 9:30am to 11am and then the second one ranges from 12pm to 1:30pm. After she's done with work she goes home and cleans up the house a bit or goes out to eat her own lunch. She'll go home and game for a while until she gets hungry again and then she goes out to find food. She'll take a nap and then game again after she wakes up. Then she'll game until 2am and then sleep.

Sometimes this changes, but only when she has prior engagements, like a dinner meet up with Yulhui or a shopping trip with Stephany.

Isaac worked hard to achieve his goal of being a photographer and getting a lot of money so his sisters didn't have to. Isaac has always expressed himself as a safe place and he was glad that his sisters trusted him enough to move in with him once they reached the to move out, even if that means the apartment is a little cramped. He truly tries to spoil his sisters when he can but it's been a bit hard since he's busy and can hardly see them for more than a few days in a row. He tries his best to be involved in their lives and even though his conversations with them might be awkward still, he knows they love him and vice versa.

Sister Stephany Bae

Stephany and Stella are close. Originally, when Stella was debating on leaving she wanted to wait for Stephany to get older so they can leave together since no one would be able to protect Stephany but it was Stephany who encouraged her to just go. When Stephany graduated highschool and came to Korea too, they cried the whole night together. They're just like normal sisters, they bicker and argue, steal each other's clothes, go out to eat, and share their stuff. Stephany loves dressing Stella up since "you're so tall, you have to make use of your figure!", Stephany cries every time. Stella actually learned how to do makeup from Stephany. They text each other the most random things, or memes. Always memes.

Yulhui and Suyeon met in university. They had the same major and Suyeon was the quiet kid in the back while Yulhui was the ball of energy that everyone knew and loved. Once Yulhui had her sights set on being Suyeon's friend, it was basically over for Suyeon. The two became thick as thieves quickly and though Suyeon preferred not to hang out with Yulhui's other friends too often, that didn't mean Yulhui wouldn't hang out with Suyeon as much as possible. The two had even gotten the same internship in their 3rd year of school and now are teaching in the same daycare, all by accident, mind you. They figured that since they seriously cannot get rid of each other then they're meant to be friends forever. They usually talk about each other's lives or just gossiping about what they heard or this and that.

Ah yes, Suyeon's gaming buddy. While she doesn't play everything he does, they have a whole lot of games in common. When Hyunjin mentioned Felix playes games Suyeon immediately went "Which ones?" and now they game together on the regular, when Felix isn't gaming with his idol buds. (Which he offered for Suyeon to join and she said 'absolutely not. Having idol friends is stressful'). Their chats usually consist of fangirling about the newest characters or newest game skins coming out. Sometimes you'll have baking recipes and bread suggestions in the mix.

Suyeon describes their relationship as Chan swooping in and grabbing Suyeon by the neck and going "This is mine", because from the first meeting after finding out Suyeon spoke English Chan had immediately taken a liking to her. It was so out of the blue but they had exchanged kkts on the first meeting, which was online, btw and then has been like another older brother to her ever since. When they had first met, there was a look of horror on Chan's face as she approached because Suyeon was TALL, and in her chunky boots, taller than chan. That did not deter him, however and he continued to make Suyeon feel like they were family. Currently, their chats are just them exchanging slang and asking how each other is doing.

Because of Sueyon's reserved nature, her only friends ended up being Yulhui and the Stray Kids members and Chan didn't think it was enough for her so he introduced her to Mari. Mari is a strong older sister type that Suyeon hasn't really experienced before and it was like a breath of fresh air. Suyeon would hate to admit it, but she kind of likes when Mari babies her. Their chats are about generally everything, they just talk about their days. Maybe plan to meet up once Mari is free.

Honestly, Hwiae kind of scares Suyeon. Like yeah, meeting her was something new for Suyeon but the way Hwiae carries herself can be kind of intimidating, especially for someone so small. She tries her best to interact with Hwiae but she's not sure how the other girl feels about her at all. She's glad that Hwiae can speak British English though. Hearing a familiar accent after so long is just nice to hear. Suyeon has never really interacted with Hwiae privately, but she does ask how Hwiae is, especially after long flights and what not.

Friend Zhou Clara

If you ask Suyeon who the prettiest person in the groupchat is, she would reply with Felix, and then Clara right after. Clara is one of the people Suyeon is very glad to have met. She brings a much different perspective of life to Suyeon and it makes her think a lot. She just feels so much happier that Suyeon is and that's kind of fun.

Friend Park Hyesun

Hyesun was kind of a curveball? Upon meeting her, Suyeon thought she was just so cute and dainty. And then she learned she had a baby girl and immediately she wanted to see a picture. They actually got really close because of Suyeon's love of kids and well.. A mothers tendency to brag about their children. Suyeon has offered to babysit Yoori for free when it's needed and she loves it. She even offered to get Yoori into the daycare she works at for a reduced prince. Most of their conversations is about Yoori or... How Hyesun and Felix are doing or how Suyeon and Hyunjin are doing.

The cutest little baby ever. When Suyeon met Yoori it was like baby fever. Yoori was just so cute and so sweet that she couldn't help but coo over her. She still offers to watch Yoori for free all the time. Who cares about men when you can go on a date with your not-quite-niece instead?

Friend Kim Dami

What Chan did to Suyeon, Suyeon did to Dami. Dami, despite not being much older at all, reminded Suyeon of Stephany and that was enough for Suyeon to decide that Dami was a baby and needed to be babied. She wasn't the only one, because everyone else treats Dami like that too. Dami is quite literally the Jeongin of the ladies, at least, in Suyeon's mind. She always buys Dami some good bread if she knows she'll see her since.. Nursing student.. But she's always there to encourage Dami with her studies and offers to buy her food all the time.

♡ Hwang Hyunjin

Hyunjin is like Suyeon's opposite. Hyunjin is charming and lovable but in a different sense than Suyeon is. Hyunjin is naturally cheesy and romantic, his words tend to be flirtatious no matter what it is or what the situation is. Where Suyeon is more hesitant and reserved about what he does, Hyunjin is spontaneous and free spirited, without a care in the world. Hyunjin is a messy person by nature and his mind always jumps before a proper conversation ends but it keeps conversations fun and interesting. Hyunjin is loud and a lot bit of a cry baby but that's fine. He's also really sensitive to other people and himself. However, he does have his own cool side, when he's focused on his art or when he's dancing. He shows his fiery and passionate side and it's a wonderful contrast to his normal babyish personality. 

Love Story

First Meeting

•.*★ 19.12.24。 December 24, Christmas eve. Suyeon was running last minute errands for Isaac, one of which involved picking up a cake. When she had gotten to the bakery, the one her brother raved about for months, the cake wasn't ready yet so she decided to look around the bakery for snacks to buy herself. She saw a christmas special bread and she was gonna buy that when someone's hand also went for the bread. The two had awkwardly offered each other the bread for a bit, insisting the other take it, and when they looked back the bread was already taken by someone else. Disappointment flashed on both of their faces, but they had disbursed and Suyeon went home with the cake to celebrate with her family. 

As It Happened

•.*★ 20.01.15。 Suyeon and Issac had gone back to the bakery, just to look for some snacks for themselves. There she saw the same guy that she had the awkward interaction with just a couple weeks prior and tried to steer clear of him, but as fate would have it, they have the same taste in breads. They had met again, thankfully there was enough bread for the both of them this time, but he had spoken to her first, though, it was just about other breads she might like. She had thanked him and they went on their separate ways. 

•.*★ 20.04,20。 It seemed like every time Suyeon went to get bread from the bakery, he was also there. She had taken it as a sign of fate and maybe they were meant to make friends and that's why she saw him at least once every week since the middle of February. It had to be, so of course when she saw that he was looking around she had gone over to suggest the new bakery special that she had liked and offered to buy him the hot chocolate that went well with it. Well, who turns down free drinks? So the two of them had paid for their breads, and found a little spot to drink their hot chocolate and eat their bread and make friends. As it turned out, they had a lot in common and he was much louder (and handsomer) than she originally thought he was. They ended up exchanging kkts and have started to message each other ever since. 

•.*★ 21.01.01。 After talking for a whole year (despite most of it being about food or the new breads at the bakery), it was New years day of 2021 that Suyeon had found out that Hyunjin was an Idol. Not just any idol, one of the members of the biggest current groups out there and she rightfully freaked out. When she confronted him about it he could only laugh at her reaction, but how was she supposed to know? After that, their dynamic didn't change much, but Suyeon was very aware of people every time they went out to new places to try new breads, or other foods. Hyunjin even took the opportunity to introduce her to the members via video call while they were setting up their meet up for the next specialty bread release. 

•.*★ 21.03.20。 Hyunjin's birthday was a big deal to Suyeon. It marked the first year of their friendship and also, it was a time where he was relatively alone this time, so she tried her best to make it special for him. She had gotten up early to bake a cake and was getting her little apartment ready to come over. Isaac was out at a job for the week and stephany was at a sleepover that day so she was basically doing everything alone. Nonetheless, Suyeon had decorated the apartment as nicely as she could and was trying to decorate the cake, but that one didn't work as well as she liked. Especially when Hyunjin came over early and kind of laughed at her cake decorating attempt. Despite the party just being the two of them, they had a good time. By this time, their friendship had evolved into being able to sit together in silence while they both did something different, so Hyunjin was working on art while Suyeon was writing a letter. They had played a few games on Suyeon's switch, ate take out since Suyeon and Hyunjin were absolutely not the best in the kitchen, ate the badly decorated cake, which wasn't too bad tasting, and then Suyeon sent Hyunjin home with a new cologne that reminded her of him and the letter. When Hyunjin got home and read the letter he cried since it was full of supportive and encouraging messages and a heartfelt reveal of what a good friend he is and how much Suyeon appreciated him. Perhaps this is where the spark of like started, for the both of them.

End Goal

•.*★ Currently。 Suyeon is Hyunjin's best friend and the person he tells everything to. They very obviously like each other and are not hiding it from each other, but they're both very dense about it. They talk almost every day when they can, and always seem to be going out to eat new foods or just sit in silence while they both do their own thing. Felix has been trying to talk Suyeon into confessing and she is mortified every time. 

They're both hoping to get together.
