tall with a lean build, abnormally pale skin that resembles white under sunlight. people compare him to a ghost sometimes. dark black hair with purple undertones that's split in half with the color white, choppy and inconsistent bangs with the length covering his nape. the right side is longer than the rest. large gray eyes that fades from black to gray (similar to diluc's), dark diamond in the middle (similar to xiao's). a dark purple lotus (looks like chrollo's) tattoo on his forehead that glows when he uses his abilities, his vision as an earring on his right ear.

 

wears a kamishimo but with a longer cape and lesser length kataginu. has a black turtle neck underneath with. his hands are gloved up in bandages. his outfit's color scheme is black, gray, and hints of purple. his clan symbol (which is a lotus) is imprinted on the lower back. for imagination reference, outfit is similar to heizou's fan design.

born into a noble (samurai) family clan / a big majority of his clan (and history) involved joining the shogun's army and serving under the tri-commissions / yusei a dumb book lover, brains over brawns, hated holding a sword (becus he's weak as hell), his parents were very confused / parents are retired military officers, with his mother being a former chief samurai / his family now owns a famous bookstore and library / his clan was in support of the kujou clan on heading the tenryou commission until the vision hunt decree. yusei himself declared that the kyogoku clan will no longer support kujou, instead they will assist the kamisato clan with security and purposes of eliminating the decree.
