Beauty is Strength and Imperfections are Power
Uh girl what is that on your face?
Hmmn gorgeousness I guess...
As I was growing up I kept asking myself "What makes a girl beautiful" but out of billion reasons that I could come up, none made my curiosity satisfied.
So I began asking other people "What makes a girl beautiful", and none of their answers has ever pique my interests, because they always say the same thing
"A beautiful face is what makes a girl exceptional", says the people who only loves things that only their eyes can see and witness
Most people admires the things that meets the beauty standards of the society.
Society's Beauty Standards?
Yes I'm fully aware of that standards that seem to become a requirement that every woman needs to fit in
Nothing beats a beautiful face, all the voices says
But I asked with a low voice "Think deeply and tell me What makes Girls truly Beautiful", and everyone went silent
Their faces contorted with confusion and I couldn't help but feel a little bit of disappointed
After a long silence I found the strength to began talking, and a confident voice to say that
"Learning to look at yourself, admiring all your imperfections in the mirror and accepting all your flaws and misconceptions" I said and once again I was greeted by a very long silence.
Telling yourself that you are beautiful because you are you is what makes a girl beautiful.
Nothing can make everyone in the world believe that you're beautiful if you yourself can't accept that your imperfections is what makes you unique.
Aside from believing that you are beautiful, there are also lots of things that can make you beautiful
We can make ourselves beautiful through natural way or in a scientific way
I would give my very own natural ways to become beautiful just by following these things
1. Sleep Early
It is advised by doctors that a person needs to get 8 hours of sleep for the betterment of their wellbeing, and to avoid sickness that one can get from lack of sleep. Getting enough sleep also makes the skin healthier and provides a glowing complexion. Plus getting enough sleep lessen the probability of getting physical and mental health related illnesses such as heart problems and depression.
2. Drink 8 glasses a day
Drinking enough water everyday brings huge benefits to the body and it also prevents the occurrence of dehydration. Having enough water in the body eliminates the probability of having skin to get saggy plus it also helps in eliminating and flushing toxins out of the body.
3. Exercise Regularly
The goal of acne-free, younger-looking skin involves more than just an excellent skin-care regimen. The key is to lead a healthy lifestyle, which includes regular exercise, a stress-relieving habit, and nutritious eating.
4. Get Vitamin D from the Sun
Additionally, vitamin D, which is necessary for healthy and normal bones, is made by our skin with the aid of sunlight. However, sunshine can harm things as well. The rays or waves of sunlight that reach Earth are a combination of visible and invisible rays. Radio waves and long waves are safe for people to be around.
5. Take a Bath Regularly
Taking a shower helps to clear the pores and restore the skin's ability to function by cleaning the skin and removing dead skin cells. It removes irritants and bacteria that could result in rashes and other skin issues.
6. Meditate
By revitalizing your skin and altering your body's cells and tissues, this additional oxygen balances your body and mind. It makes your skin seem better, lessens wrinkles, and slows down aging from the inside out.
7. Write Journal
Journaling is the topic at hand. People's minds are freed up, their anxiety is reduced, and they become happier just by sharing their sentiments. "Numerous studies show that writing can enhance immunity, sleep quality, and general wellness.
8. Treat yourself Outside
As someone who's scared of going outside, it is a must to go out of your comfort zones. Try eating outside alone, going to entertainment and amusement places alone. Because doing the things that you can't do alone and is afraid to do is something that can help you move forward.
