FULL NAME choi hangyeol.
NICKNAME(S)

"uncle beep, look at this new toy i got! isn't it cool?" "sure is, buddy."   possibly the most unique name he's ever gotten, is the one given to him by his nephew. despite strained relationships with his sister, his nephew had taken to him rather quickly and deemed him the 'best uncle'. hangyeol doesn't really know where the nickname came from, just that as soon as his nephew saw him -- he was named 'uncle beep'.
"han, my man! how ya been, dude?" "same old, same old." a relatively simple nickname, just a shortened version of hangyeol. this is used by most of his friends outside of hockey and there isn't much to it. he doesn't mind the nickname at all because it still seems masculine to him unlike the other shortened one of his name.
"gyeol, did you use the rest of the toothpaste?" "probably." a nickname he's slightly less fond of, as to him it sounds feminine and he'd rather not be referred to like he's a girl (he has some internal issues on toxic masculinity to deal with.) this is used by his family members, those of which actually like him. though he dislikes the nickname, he doesn't pester his siblings about using it -- because he figures it's not worth the trouble.
"cap, did you get coaches message?" "yeah cano, did ya?" "nah. he's pissed at me right now." both are nicknames used by his hockey team and the staff associated with them. the first is cap which is simply because he's the captain of the team. it's used more by the younger kids on the team, despite hangyeol being young himself. the second is used by the older guys, since some of them have ego problems and a younger guy getting captain hurts said ego. on a hockey team, nicknames get thrown around a lot and everyone has one. hangyeol's is 'cano' which is short for americano and well...you know why they call him that.

DATE OF BIRTH 20th of april, 2002.
AGE 19 (20)
BIRTHPLACE tampa, florida.
HOMETOWN tampa, florida then busan, south korea.

ETHNICITY south korean.
NATIONALITY korean-american.

PRONOUNS he/him.
ORIENTATION believes he is heteroual, but is actually homoual.

LANGUAGES SPOKEN

"english is my native language. it just makes comversation easy in most situations." hangyeol was born in america, so despite being born to his korean-american mother and presenting as "asian-looking", it is the language he favours most and uses more often than not. even after they moved to seoul, he found himself still using english and for the most part, people would understand his point but sometimes he has to remind himself where he is.
"i had to learn korean eventually since i had the feeling that we'd there for yul." because he lived in america for so long, he didn't bother learning his mother's home tongue. it wasn't until his step-mother came along and he observed how she would talk about her hometown, that he knew he would have to learn korean. it wasn't too difficult, considering he was surrounded by family that knew the language. he considers himself fluent now, but still favours english.

OCCUPATION offensive left-wing captain of the yonsei kraken. 1st year student at robinson international, yonsei university. majoring in international studies.

FACECLAIM park jongseong, enhypen.

APPEARANCE  jay during fever era

hangyeol has always looked older than he actually is. he just has a wise, mature face and since he usually doesn't offer much expression, it further adds to the old vibe. he supposes it was a good thing to have back when he was underage. it meant that he got into clubs with no questions asked, but now it's just a painful reminder that he'll most likely look as if he's one foot in the grave when he's twenty nine. the old look to him is brought around by a few features: strong, drawn-in eyebrows that give him a permanent anger, sharp eyes that give him an extra years experience, and round lips with little substance that highlight his frowns. the defined jaw of his, however, developed over time and was not always an addition to his features. he supposes the years of training sharpened the soft edges of the teenager he used to be.

hangyeol isn't conventially attractive, he knows this. he was never the kid that all the girls liked in school, despite his achievements at a young age. he was always the boy who didn't put effort into anything but hockey. it was all he was confident in. there was no time to obsess over looks when he was on the ice, and that much is true to this day. often enough, his hair is messed with the sweat of practice or the turmoil of his activities. there isn't much to find attractive about a boy with no care or confidence in his looks. perhaps he could capture a couple hearts with fashion, if he didn't care about anything else but even then, he doesn't try. most of the time, he covers his face with bucket hats and black masks. there are probably only two days in the year that he tries with his appearance: puts on a suit, gels up his hair and pretends he's skating so as to gain the confidence he needs.

there is nothing particularly special about his smile, other than the rarity of it. it's tight-lipped, not much to gawk at. it seems like everything he does off ice is full of hesitance and insecurity. his expressions are tense and offer slight insight into what he's experiencing.

as for his body, he may have a smaller frame but is well-built and muscular. the years of ice hockey have sharpened the muscles of his body and given strength to his body. for a while, he had retained softness in his hands but as training became more vigorous -- he lost the delicate skin. now, his hands are calloused and exhibit to years of effort. rough to the touch, erin jokes that it's a good thing nobody wants to hold his hand anyway. not that he would say it, but he does agree. his body is full of scars and bruises. so many impurities and imperfections that he gained from the ice. a noticeable scar on his chin, testament to the first time he stepped onto the ice. litters of bruises and cuts from past injuries, or for present errors from matches. they all cover his body, and while they remind him of his determination as a hockey player -- they also remind him that nobody would love a boy so ragged as he is.

as for tattoos, hangyeol has three. the first two he got together when he turned eighteen, and the most recent one when he turned nineteen. the end image he's going for can be found here. the first tattoo he got was a snake. the way its positioned on his collarbone, gives the impression that the snake is wrapped around his bones. it can be found here. he saw a similar tattoo on tumblr but with vines, and that was the inspiration. the second tattoo is on his left forearm and is similar to a card. it shows a skeleton along with a moon, some stars and a string of leaves. the roman numeral for thirteen is at the top of this tattoo, and is dedicated to his late birth mother -- whose birthday was on the thirteenth. it can be found here. the last tattoo is below his ribcage and is a picture of a woman with short, black hair holding a skeleton as she kisses him. inspiration? he likes skeletons. and girls. supposedly. it can be found here.

MEASUREMENTS 175cm and 65kg.

if there was one word to describe hangyeol's style, it would be boring. true to his lack of care, his clothes reflect the degree to which appearance means to him. which is exactly nothing. on most days, hangyeol dresses himself whilst he's still bleary-eyed from sleep. this is why you'll see him outside with mismatched socks, shirt on backwards and definetely someone elses sweatpants on. he's more of a general disaster than a fashion specific one.

hangyeol's go-to clothing item is a hoodie. it should be a crime to wear them as much as he does, but it probably wouldn't stop him anyway. he wears all sorts of hoodies: printed ones, brand ones, plain ones, patterned ones, black ones, blue ones. all sorts. doesn't wear pink ones though. he has a lot of fragile masculinity passed down from his father to deal with. with them, he usually wears jeans or sweatpants which he's not too fussy about. he'll wear just about any type of bottom that isnt skinny jeans. yes, he has a vendetta against them. no, he will not elaborate.

not that hangyeol knows it has a name in the first place, he does tend to layer clothes a lot. his favourite combination would be a hoodie with some sort of jacket over it. his jacket range isn't vast -- a couple denim ones, a couple cotton ones, some sports ones (obviously) and a coat his dad gave him. huh. now he thinks about it, his jacket range is pretty vast. another combination he tends to use is a printed tee over a long-sleeved shirt, like those "e-boys" as his teammate had chirped. but printed tees, man, does he love those. he couldn't care less about what was on the front of it, as long as it was a colour he liked. once, he had a printed tee that said "" on it. he didn't find out what it meant until a guy on the team told him.

as for fanciness, hangyeol owns a singular suit. he used to own two and it had been a much nicer suit -- pinstriped and currently at the bottom of a trash dump somewhere. he'd spilled curry sauce on it while drunk and had rendered it unwearable. for now, the remaining suit is a simple black one. it sounds ideal up until the moment you realise it was bought to fit a sixteen year old. hangyeol, decisively not sixteen anymore, could not wear it anymore without fear of stretching the fabric. so it sits in his closet, as a taunting reminder that he really needs to buy a new one.

PERSONALITY
positives: ambitious, quiet, loyal, honest.

negatives: stoic, insensitive, hot-headed, possessive.

inspirations: bloodhound, rosaria, maeve wiley, rosa diaz, diego hargreeves.

ambitious. hangyeol is almost unparallelled when it comes to his hardwork and determination. from a young age, he had strived for only the best -- further pushed along by his father, who also doubled as his hockey coach. success has always been his main goal. if he fails, he picks himself up and pushes harder than he did before. he doesn't find himself being disheartened by failure, and becomes more determined by it actually. he holds himself to very high standards because he knows what he's capable of and what he has achieved before. he's not exactly a perfectionist, as he doesn't aim to get things exactly right on the first try -- but he just desires a lot from life. and he plans on getting those desires.

quiet. hangyeol has never been a very loud person. as a child, he wouldn't cry when he was hungry or whine when he didn't get what he wanted. even as a semi-adult, he still doesn't have much to say. or rather he does, but doesn't say it. he can be observed most of the time sitting back and observing others. in group conversations, he offers no more input than a few huffs and mostly lets the others talk over him. even on the ice, though he's passionate about it, he still remains quiet on it. while his teammates are boisterous and jump at the chance to chirp other players, complain to referees or generally chat about plays -- hangyeol only assigns orders as a captain would on ice and then stays silent for the rest of the time. he simply prefers to stay this way, but also he doesn't have a great way with words so even if he did want to speak, he wouldn't know what to say.

loyal. for all hangyeol hides, loyalty is not one of those things. he wears his dedication proudly on his sleeve, and finds no shame in it. despite people having taken advantage of his loyalty, he doesn't allow it to burn any less bright than it did before. it makes him happy to give so much of himself to his friends, not that he would ever say it. whenever a friend or teammate needs something, he's there within seconds and makes it his mission to help. whenever he hears something that he believes his friends should know, he mentions it without a thought. he holds no loyalty to strangers plotting against the people he cares about. other coaches have offered him positions on their teams, but the kraken have his heart. he could never leave his boys behind. could never leave...someone else too.

honest. hangyeol has a lot of opinions. he was raised in a family where everyone had something to say, and intended to say it. so it's no surprise that he's honest about the opinions he has. controversial or not, he says it -- which often results in arguments, not that he entirely cares. the good side of this trait, is that hangyeol very rarely, if ever, lies to people. you can rely on him to tell the truth no matter what, and you'll never be afraid that he's hiding things from you. the only time he ever lies, is when it comes to his uality and his father which is understandable. but apart from that, he's your go-to guy for the truth and nothing but the truth.

stoic. hangyeol doesn't feel a whole lot. or well, he feels but doesn't feel inclined to let it show in his face or in his behaviour. he handles his emotions with a strange kind of strictness, that borders unhealthy. he's not what you would call cold, because he has a ironically warm aura -- but he just seems to lack feelings. other than the pride  he has for his sport and the dedication he has for his friends, there isn't a great deal that he shows. if he's happy, you won't know. or if you're close to him, you'll know by the telltale way that he chews the inside of his cheek. when he's upset, you won't know because he bottles it up and locks it away in a place even he can't reach sometimes. surprisingly on the ice, when he's frustrated and pissed - it won't show on his face. cool, calm (well, not really) and collected. not exactly an ice king, but close to it. he keeps his emotions close to his chest.

insensitive. since he's so focused on his own life and his own journey, he tends to be really insensitive when it comes to other peoples situations. he knows, more or less, that what he intends to say might hurt someone but he just brushes over it. he's just a giant . he doesn't know how to be gentle and nurturing, so he just doesn't try at all. inseong tries to keep him in check and prevent him from making some poor person cry, but it doesn't always work. there are thoughts in his brain, but he works on impulse and doesn't hesitate. so when he thinks something insensitive, it's out of his mouth by the time he registers how it might affect him. and by then, he's moved on in conversation.

hot-headed. this is one of the traits that is most ironic. since he lacks the ability to show his feelings and dislikes being open about them, it's confusing to hear that he's so quick to get angry. not that you'll realise he is, other than a few small characteristics. but he just can't seem to get his anger under control. even the slightest thing - maybe someone bumping his shoulder - and he's in a foul mood all day. it takes a real friend or just a genuinely observant person to realise this mood change. his pent up frustration comes out in small ways: slapshotting the puck a little too hard, reckless with his decisions, refraining from his habits. honestly, the dude has so much bottled up that someone just needs to take him to a rage room.

possessive. this is one of hangyeol's tricky traits. it developed from early childhood, upon never really having things. losing his mother, being alienated by siblings, his parents divorce, his father taking things from him as punishment. so now, as a young adult, hangyeol can't help but be possessive and defensive over what he considers as 'his'. the main object for him is the ice as he considers it home, and views it as the one thing in life that he will never lose - no matter what. he protects the ice from anything and everything. when businessmen in suits too tight for them came to the rink to negotiate, hangyeol was sure to intimidate them away. it usually worked, but the rink owner was pretty opposed regardless. the people in his life are also things he protects, or at least the people in his good graces. whenever he sees his friends with other people, he can't ignore that twinge of jealousy and the twitching of his left eye. when teammates came and went, moving to other teams, he used to spend days at a time trying to bury the betrayal and anger he felt. as a kid growing up with very little control, hangyeol grasps at whatever he can.

BACKGROUND

2002. hangyeol was born to anna choi and ryu jihoon. anna was a thirty year old woman who was a hairdresser with a slightly bad attitude. jihoon was a twenty-five year old man who was unemployed and moving from job to job. technically, hangyeol was a mistake. jihoon felt he was too young for kids while anna felt she was the right age for them. but all it took was one drunken night between the two and they were in a dillemma. his parents loved each other but jihoon loved his freedom more. he left around 3 months into her pregnancy. when it came to his due date, anna was alone and had only the nurses for company. she died that way too. she was able to hold her son for a few minutes, to cradle him and name him but she died moments later. the doctors said it was due to severe bleeding that they couldn't fix. the hospital contacted jihoon and told him what had happened, but he still wanted nothing to do with hangyeol. so he was barely an hour old and had no parents.

that was when his aunt and uncle stepped in. his aunt, despite not having the best relationship with his mother, had a lot of sympathy for hangyeol. she had her tubes tied so as to stop having anymore children, even though her husband still wanted a son. they found this son in hangyeol. without much thought, they adopted him and welcomed him into the family -- now as a son, opposed to a nephew.

2003-2006. hangyeol didn't cause a lot of problems for his new family. in fact, he was an eerily different child in comparison to his new sisters. while they thrived on attention and complained without it, hangyeol would wander off by himself and sit quietly. his father had never loved someone more. he finally had a son, one in which he planned on conditioning into a great hockey player, and one that wasn't as loud as his two girls. this bond with his father only grew as time went by, while his bond with his sisters got worse. they might've considered hangyeol their brother, had the obvious favourtism from their father not been present. his sisters, yasmine and rachel, were jealous of the attention their father gave him. they flocked to attention like moths to light, so it made sense for them to be envious of hangyeol.

2007. this is where hangyeol's life went to a little more, not that he was and is aware of what went down while he was a little boy. derek had been having an affair with a younger woman. they even had a two kids together. the affair had started when she was eighteen too. it seemed to be a theme considering he dated hangyeol's mother when she was nineteen. derek's escapades with his mistress were found out and naturally, his mother was furious. she ended things swiftly, waited for the divorce to finalise and the custody to be settled - then moved out. hangyeol wasn't old enough to understand what was happening. his sisters were and thus developed more dislike towards hangyeol since their father still loved him the most. they blamed him for something he had no control over.

2008. his father had been pretty lowkey about his mistress. derek was very careful about keeping her away from his kids for a little while, since louisa would not be happy at all. instead, he focused his attention to hangyeol. rachel and yasmine were cold to him whenever he had them for the weekend, and tended to avoid him like the plague. so derek began to teach hangyeol how to skate, trying to jumpstart his plan and get some form of pride from his son. they watched game tapes together, skated together, went to matches together and he was a genuinely good father to hangyeol. at first anyway. when he was a little rockstar who followed his fathers word no matter what, he was treated well. as soon as he developed into a teenager that had thoughts of his own? it was love/hate with the two.

2010-2015. derek proposed to his mistress in 2010, causing an uproar from louisa's side of the family. if even possible, ash and yasmine were more disconnected from their father. hangyeol, of course, was still a little too young to know and realise the tension among the family - tension that got impossibly worse. derek and yul wed a few months later, both not wanting to wait and having the money to do so. unsurprisingly, louisa didn't attend and the daughters only showed up for the ceremony before making an excuse to leave. hangyeol was at an age where he didn't fully understand what was going on, but could sense that something was amiss. he liked yul too much to assume it was something to do with her, and his father was his hero -- so he assumed it was other causes.

the wedding, of course, made alice and emily his step-sisters. their relationship was a lot different to his and his other sisters. hangyeol thought it was normal for siblings not to be close, and there to be some distance. when alice and emily became part of his family, the warmth and affection was completely new to him but not unwanted. he found good sisters in them both, along with good best friends. emily and alice balanced each other out. one was loud, the other quiet. hangyeol liked that and it made it easier to bond with them, since each one related to one of his sides.

IF THEY LOOK, GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO SEE.

LIKES

working out.  some might expect hangyeol to be content with the exercise he gets from hockey, but he's not. even after intense practice when his feet ache and his heart thumps against his chest -- he still finds some motivation within himself to spend an hour or two at the gym. inseong calls him a freak of nature.
dieting.  unlike his best friend, who hates the dietary routine that's required for hockey players, hangyeol enjoys the structure. by maintaining his meals and watching his calorie intake, he finds a sense of achievement. it was hard at first, but he's become accustomed to the bland chicken now. cheat days are far and few for him.
anime.  he's not exactly obsessed with it or anything, though inseong will argue that anyone who owns a haikyuu shirt -- is definetely obsessed. he just casually watches the recomendations he finds. he even debated joining the anime club, but he has very little time and plus...kind of embarrassing. for now, he sticks to binging shows and styling clothes with anime characters on them.
lawrence kwong.  hangyeol's hero, and in fact one of the hockey players that inspired him to really shoot for the stars. lawrence was the first asian player in the nhl, and was such a role model for young hangyeol, even when he had retired before hangyeol was born.
kids.  most unexpected fact of the year. people expect hangyeol to hate kids, due to his personality but he actually adores them. his behaviour doesn't completely change when he's with his nephew, but it softens a bit and he smiles a lot more. he's happy whenever yasmine's first options for babysitter fall through and he gets to do it as last resort.
aquariums.  hangyeol isn't a big 'trip' person and he's pretty boring in the aspect. typical date locations and such have never appealed to him, but he babbles like a baby over aquariums. he doesn't even particularly like sea animals, but the vibes of an aquarium have always just calmed him down.
soap cutting videos.  ask him about it and he'll vehemently deny it, but he loves watching those videos. sometimes when he has no other responsibilities, he can get lost in them for an hour. he especially likes the ones where they cut blocks into the soap, so that they fall off in heaps of squares. good .
cold weather.  most hockey players learn to deal with and tolerate the cold, but not to the extent that they like it. when winter comes around, they curse the fact that the outside now mirrors the rink. hangyeol, however, loves the cold. he finds it comforting and akin to home thus you can see him sporting shorts in sub zero weather. as inseong reiterates, freak of nature.
early mornings.  he's always been an early riser, since he has lots to do in 24 hours but he never minds. it's one of his favourite times: being awake when the rest of the world is still asleep, when it's just him, the birds and the sunrise. it makes him feel nostalgic.
cats.  he doesn't have any particularly strong feelings towards animals, but for cats he has a soft spot. he's always been the type to feed stray cats, pet passing ones and long to adopt one. he finally gave in around a year ago, and he loves his little furry friend.
DISLIKES

museums.  eh. boring. hangyeol isn't interested in art or sculptures. it's not fun for him and he doesn't generally enjoy much more than the food at museums. his nephew, however, loves museums and so loves to drag his uncle along with him. hangyeol is always thrilled.
femininity.  hangyeol has a lot of present issues with his uality and gender identity. as such, his denial and projection causes him to dislike things typically labelled as 'feminine'. ist ideas such as pink being a feminine colour, and it has hangyeol avoiding the colour like the plague.
korean food.  despite being korean himself, and being surrounded by korean culture within his home -- hangyeol is very much americanised.
other ice sports.  hangyeol's possessiveness transfers to the ice and as a result of this, he doesn't like the sports that he shares his ice with. he generally doesn't have a lot of respect for them, since he believes anything other than hockey is a crime. when it comes to figure skating, he doesn't see it as his equal. he also considers it to be a 'female sport' so he isn't too kind to the male skaters.
protein shakes.  hangyeol likes his diet; it's healthy and generally tasty, though incredibly bland. "put some in' spice on that, dude!" inseong would say. but man, he hates ing protein shakes. it's the one thing in his diet that he would commit mass crimes towards. he's tried as many flavours as he can, tried every single brand and even covered his nose when he was drinking it. still . there's nothing anyone could do to make him enjoy them, except maybe slap it out of his hand.
skinny jeans.  he still won't elaborate.
other leaders.  hangyeol is easily riled up and threatened. while it doesn't just apply to leaders, it mostly happens when he mets one. being made to feel small is very humiliating to him, and other leaders are the ones to make him feel like that. though he knows it's not reasonable to want to be the only leader ever, he still can't help wishing he was.
high maintenance.  hangyeol is a relatively low maintenance guy. he doesn't care a whole lot about materialistic things nor vain things. he simply doesn't understand high maintenance people, because he performs well without it. plus he kind of has some bad memories of an ex girlfriend that was WAY too high maintenance.
coffee.  despite having a coffee based nickname on ice, hangyeol hates the drinks. his teammates grief him for this, since they run on caffeine but he just hates the taste. it's not good for him either. he gets the s.
failure.  not that anyone LIKES failure, hangyeol just has a lot more reasons to dislike it. with his personality, failure never comes easy and it's even less welcomed when repercussions loom over his head. his father is even less kind when he s up.
TRIVIAS

one.  totally the type of roommate that leaves the caps off of toothpaste and using the last of the toilet roll without replacing it. he makes up for it by being an excellent cook and paying for more toothpaste.
two.  and he really can cook. it's a shame he has to limit himself to such boring meals, because he really has a set of skills. he likes to cook for his friends as much as possible, since he likes experimenting with different recipes. he also is kind of a bad dormmate so he cooks a lot for them as an apology.
three.  hangyeol is the youngest captain of the kraken since 1989.
four.  ever since he was a little kid, his dream was to play in the nhl. this is one of the reasons that the move to korea was hard on him.
five.  he's not really a party person, but inseong is and nobody in this world trusts that boy to be by himself at parties. mostly, hangyeol will have maybe one beer while watching carefully over his best friend.
six.  hangyeol wasn't the best student at school since he was always so focused on training. but with a lot of kindness from his teachers, he was able to pass all the things he needed to. to this day, hangyeol still hates english and dreads his lectures when he knows they'll be focusing it. math is cool though. he likes maths.
seven.  he has a scottish fold called 'cupcake'. and no, he didn't choose the name. cupcake was a 'going away' gift from his sisters, since they think he's miserable and needs company that isn't a hockey stick. hangyeol didn't like the cat at first, but now he spoils her any chance he gets.
eight.  hangyeol has only ever had one girlfriend. he dated her for three months, before he broke up with her under the pretense of his move to korea. she was very high maintenance, y and rude to everyone. hangyeol only really dated her because she wouldn't leave him alone. that, and she kind of had man hands. made him feel nice.
nine.  hangyeol's room suits him. it's full of dark colours, minimal patterns and cluttered like you'd expect of a hockey player. he doesn't have a lot of wall decorations apart from a few nhl posters here and there. his room serves as his mancave, where he sleeps and that's it. the rest of the time he's at the rink.
ten.  hangyeol doesn't have a job because he doesn't have a lot of time between studying and ice hockey. his father gives him the money he needs to get by (which adds to the reasons he cant come out).

life direction
this is the section where you insert what your character wants in their life through their eyes or perspective. how would you like their story to unfold? what should/could be their turning points? what is the most fitting ending you have for them? if they're going through some tough stuff, how do you imagine they deal with them or rather, avoid them? go crazy because this is like plotting but through the character's pov!

PERSONALITY the same goes for the love interest. you can even make it more brief than your character's.

BACKGROUND again, you can make this even shorther than your character's as long as you fit in the important events or dates that happened in the past.

COMMENTS first thing i'm thinking as i plot this dude is, "i hope silvi is prepared for tthe amount of siblings he has."  also next thing i'm thinking, how cute is the nickname uncle beep. i'm crying as i type. also, the relationships section scrolls to further add the rest of hangyeol's big family, in case you missed it! me writing hangyeol as he sees himself: ugly, imperfect, not worthy. MEANWHILE JAY IS NONE OF THOSE THINGS??? jay bb you're gorgeous, hangyeol just doesn't see it3 honestly the family faceclaims were just for the sake of giving them faces, and aren't set in stone nor particularly relevant. other than the fact they're all korean-american. also ignore that most of his section quotes are from apex legends. im not proud.

i wanted to give you a character that has a lot of issues regarding his ideas and views, that has been conditiioned into him. i wanted to give you the opportunity to take a morally grey character and have him accept his gender and ual identity, banishing his previous ist, etc ideas. some themes in malaya can be seen in him but malaya's issues align with her religion and hangyeols, his gender and uality identitiy. WOO identity crisis for everybody.

also this dudes family issues could fill a whole library man. im not sure if it's too. much? if it is, i can dial it down obviously! i sort of plotted while high and some ideas stayed LMAO. also not sure if the timing all matches up bc its 2am and im going in circles.

SCENE SUGGESTIONS help your girl out with some ideas or prompts. i'll consider them.
