I'm gonna keep this quite vague, and I won't name any names, but if there's a roleplay that you might have in mind, then it's most likely that I'm talking about that very same one.

So, to my knowledge, Base accounts (The people running the roleplay agency itself) are professional, they're helpful and straightforward, and try to resolve any sort of unwanted tension between members.

What I haven't heard before is that these Base accounts actively try to sabotage one's mentality and safety for the sake of siding with someone who's telling a warped version of their story.

This may or may not be a surprise to most, but it's certainly to me, speaking as someone who admined many nostalgic, memorable roleplays over the years in Asianfanfics (2012-2015 Facebook Roleplays anyone?)

We always have this rule amongst ourselves which is to not be biased against the members, listen to their stories and determine what's the best course of action.

But, for these groups of admins, they simply listened to a side of a story that supported the perpetrator and silenced the victim, which honestly... Why would you do that? Are you not trying to make a safe space in your roleplay? 

How are you an admin? Or better yet, how are you mature enough to run a roleplay safely?

Not only is this damaging to other members, but you're also creating an unsafe environment for your members, people who come to know what you've done will ultimately be against you.

And no roleplay wants that, they want members who remember them for what they stand for and the hard work they did to make it memorable.

I saw how that roleplay bloomed, I was one of their pre-reserved members after all, so to see that the admins were that nasty to side with the perpetrator and not letting the victim speak is disgusting.

And to the perpetrator, if you're reading this. When someone who you most likely ghosted two years ago, doesn't remember you or has moved on from you within those 2 years of being ghosted, they have the right to say no to your advances, whether or not they're taken or single.

Your gaslighting and manipulation was a disgusting tactic to get them to surrender to you and surrender to the suspension of their stay in the agency.

They were content with the fact that you were gone, and will probably be long gone.
