Hi! Sundavar427 with a nice message for you guys! 

First off, I wanted to apologize for being unable to update my fics. Over the last two years or so, my life has changed dramatically and I've been heavily concentrating on that. About 2 years ago, I left the gaming company I was working at... to work on another gaming company! One with better snacks and also cooler managers. Also, closer to my gf which was a plus. However, this job made me EXTREMELY busy and I didn't have time as much to write anymore as I was managing not only my work but others as well. When it came time to writing, I was just too exhausted to write. And then Covid hit... And yeah. That's been a thing. During that time... I changed jobs yet again! Which is where I am now. Thankfully, I'm able to work from home safely and I'm healthy. And because I'm a bit away from gaming now, there has been a bigger drive for me to become more creative with my free time. 

Which brings us to the biggest issue at hand. What will I be doing with my stories!? Welp, let's break it down, ongoing project by ongoing project... TL;DR: I'm NOT abandoning ANYTHING! 

The Games We Play (Game Over) - This was the biggest reason for me stopping. When I started this fic, I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do and it has exploded into a bigger endeavor than i originally imagined. Because of that, I was struggling to get to the ending... or think of an ending to begin with! I have an image in my head of how I want this to end but there was a lot of details left uncertain that I really need to start figuring things out properly. The good news is... *drum roll* I FINALLY FIGURED THE DAMN THING OUT! How? By thinking up another plot for an entirely different fic that is somewhat related to this one! (Why am I like this...?) Basically, there will be a third story (that will be MUCH shorter) that will be sort of connected to this one just like "Press Start". But also like "Press Start" it will not be necessary to read it in order to understand it. It'll just be another story during another time in this weird universe that I've created in my head! So, right now, I'm currently outlining the the rest of this story and structuring it to make sense with some foreshadowing that I've already set up. And with this new story idea, I can now fill in the missing pieces that I didn't have before. So, yay! Please look forward to it. Jihyo's backstory will also be playing a bigger role in this story than I had initially intended. Luckily, I've already foreshadowed some things so it works out! Speaking of which...

The Gmaes We Play (Press Start) - I have been writing and rewriting how the hell Mina will ask Chaeyoung out to the party. I've been messing around with some ideas but I've eventually settle on things. There is a LOT to this story that I want to get out there that I've been foreshadowing in both this and "Game Over" so please look forward to that. Like "Game Over" I will be outlining this a bit more as well to get a better idea. One of the things I was struggling with was finding a "4th" person for the Mina internet cafe gaming group. Well... more like I KNEW who I wanted in there. I just didn't have a way to include them. Similarly to "Game Over" in thinking up this new story plot, I've filled in holes that I needed in order to complete this fic. Again, it will not be necessary to read this other story in order to understand things. Its just more for me to have the world make sense. If you're a subscriber and seen my message post about a single night shift person... that may or may not be revealed. (Fun fact: Originally, that was going to be Jeongyeon. However, I've decided to drop that and make it someone else. Jeongyeon and Nayeon are in the world together doing... something. Partying at Yerin's place perhaps? LOL! I'll figure something out.) 

Now on to the other projects!

Ne Plus Ultra - I've been rewriting this one over and over again and it's taken me awhile to figure it out. But after letting go of some hang ups I was having, I think I've settled on what I wanted to do. Spoiler alert: It's about to get WAY more MiMo up in here! Hahaha! The next chapter will be the final chapter so I really want to finish it. 

Alright then. Now we get to the juicy part! What the hell is all this "new story" stuff about!? Upcoming projects!?

NEW Dreamcatcher JiYoo One-Shot in the works! Title TBD - So... I'm sure long subs of my work will notice that I've recently changed my profile pic. I've actually been a fan of theres for YEARS and for some reason never thought to write a fic like I do for Twice and GFriend. So, this one shot will be fixing that! I just thought I would get back into the swing of things by publishing a nice fluffy one shot about the two towers of Dreamcatcher. I hope you guys come on by!

Oh wait. But that's not the one related to the Games We Play stories huh... Right. Well then. 

NEW Games We Play (Dreamcatcher Side) Announcement! - YUP! I'm doing it! A third side to this damn universe that I've created for myself. TRIFECTA! Expect to see all the members of Dreamcatcher interacting with Twice and GFriend. Gahyeon is friends with Dahyun in real life and Dami and Yuju are quite close as well so I thought this would be awesome! This story will be shorter than the other two and will take place before the other two stories as well. But it will solidify some things for me that will let it make more sense overall in my dumb brain. So please forgive my weird way of doing things but hopefully I can pull this off. I will not be posting anything about this story until I've updated everything else so sit tight and I'll get it to you guys soon. I do have the title but I'm saving that for when I actaully get it out there so please be patient and I'll see you guys soon!
