We all know that past thanks died in the present avengers and gamora is alive because of that. Then, is black widow is alive too?

No she didn't. Banner tried to bring her back but it didn't work. I guess she's gone but least we get to see her own series through Disney+

I think it's been explained that Natasha didn't survive even after they undo the snap bcs her sacrifice took place in the same timeline. Besides, Black Widow TV series will focus on her stories pre-Avengers so, yeah, she didn't make it.
