GLEE Tried To Clone These Characters (And Failed Miserably)

-

Seriously though. Whose idea was it to clone Rachel, Quinn, Finn, and Puck and make Ryder, Jake, Kitty, and Marley instead? Honestly though, the only good character who came out of this was Marley, every one else for these reasons.

Ryder - I can't even look at Blake Jenner's face without wanting to scream. He abused Melissa Benoist for several years and his apology was half-assed. People were canceling Lea for being a diva, but they didn't do anything to Blake who is still happily working.

Jake - TBH, this was trash. Isn't one man enough? Why TF did GLEE add Puck's brother into this? This was a mess, Marley deserves 10x better than Jake. And am I the only one who freaked out when I realized that Kitty slept with both Puck and Jake? IDK, but dating two siblings is really weird to me.

Kitty - Oh, I have a whole blog post to DRAGGING Kitty. Not only did she give Marley an eating disorder and was a "young Quinn Fabray except not pregnant, manic depressive, or in and out of a wheelchair." She also was really racist and fat-shamed Marley and her mom.

Marley - TBH, she was the only good character that came out of this. She was really sweet and adorable and how can anybody possibly hate her? The only thing that's bad is that she has a trashy taste in men (Jake and Ryder ) She's a lot like Rachel in a sense, except a lot more tolerable.

You know when they brought Kitty I was like "what? That's basically another Quinn" I realized they did the exact same with the others. I get annoyed when shows try to clone original characters. Maybe they do it to make the show more interesting? I don't think it works though and glee is a good example of that
