My thoughts on writing

Sometimes I think this is an addiction that keeps me going. Others, I feel like it's my way to send some positive messages for a small amount who really read between the lines and transpass the superficial things.

Two years ago, I didn't plan to write 20 fanfictions. Let alone 40. But now, I am tempted to continue until I reach a symbolic number for myself. Example: the number of songs Byul has received credit as a songwriter.

Then again, It's frustrating to put an effort and try new things when the readers give such a low support.

Voting on a story doesn't cost money. You just need to have 10 karma points and they will not be discounted. So it doesn't matter if you vote for 200 fics.

And even though it costs nothing for the readers, it helps putting the writter in a better position in the search bar.

So many people say they love my texts. Yet, this doesn't reflect on my numbers.

Even my most popular fics Stella and The woman next door don't get 200 votes. Not even 150, actually.

I didn't come for the clouts but I would appreciate some kind of clear support.

So please, help me increase my upvotes.
